Not by Friends

I woke up at 9 am, it was a nice sleep even though I only got 5 hour sleep... I rushed to the summer class. Chloe and Gia was already seated, so is James. There was a seat beside Chloe and also a seat beside James. James smiled at me, he didn't say to sit beside him but I can see it in his smile.

Chloe was totally emotionless, she knew that I am confused. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and went near Chloe. " Uh ohh, couple fight... " Chloe asked with a smirk

" Oh please Chloe, I don't want to punch you in front of all these people... and to be clarified he is just a friend who called me in the middle of the night just to say he want to talk something important and I am nervous about whatever it is...

" Oh I See, you avoided him by sitting next to me and what are you gonna do next, you cant avoid him forever Eve..

" I know, I am confused and also I wanted to hear something like this thats why I sat next to you. I said. I'll talk to him after the class.....

Afer the class, James was talking to one of his friend and I interrupted by saying a hello...

I'll see you guys later he said and said a "Heyy "

"What do you wanna talk about" I asked.

"Its just, uhh umm.."

I was shaking, I bet my face was red and cold by seeing him finding words to say...

" It's just nothing... I just felt calling you at that time... nevermind, so the summer class is over, whats your next plan... " he said

" Nothing much, hanging out with my friends and so and so..."

"So how do we meet ?? " he asked

" As I said hanging out with friends, we can hangout too.. "

"Naah, not by friends.. I'll text you Evelyne.. he said with a small smile on his lips...
