''ahh although it's a danger zone it's near the edge of the forest so no known high level demon beasts live there, the danger zones well explored and known to many, as long as you avoid the mountain in the center its fairly safe. But almost no one makes it out if they venture into the mountains periphery. I've heard stories about sky realm experts going missing without a trace trying to explore that mountain''

While we made our way to Dimfront I thought about the seen I left in the cave. 'That dangerous hu? I could have done something to that summoning circle or burred his skeleton. Then again, I was just trying to figure out what the hell to do then. I'll have to investigate that place and go back in the future, I can only hope no one finds it for the time being'

Thought's drifting, we eventually made our way to a guard sitting in a pill box with a crossbow aiming out the slit.

''So, you made it back already? As expected from the wrapped wings sect. Your pass is still valid so go ahead.''

The guard immediately gave Kara the go ahead then motioned towards me with his hand. ''Haven't seen you pass through here, even if you're with the girl you still have to pay the entry fee, 20 gold for entry.''

Kara stepped up and paid as I didn't have anything other than the red crystals. The guard took my name and let me know I had 7 days before it had to be renewed.

Pretty sure he flashed a smile my way as we passed through the gate. The meaning pretty obvious.

Entering the massive walls, I was greeted with lantern light everywhere, the deeper we made it into the center of the city the more people could be seen on the streets. Venders with food, weapons, armor, potions, and all sorts of otherworldly wares were out. Some closing for the day with some opening for the evening.

We turn on a wide street and Kara motions to the side. ''We can use this inn for the night if you want to check out the vendors we can in the morning. Most of the ones useful for the trip will be open then. Want to get some food before we get a room? there's a restaurant attached to the inn, and I like it better than the stall food''

''Sounds good. I haven't eaten all day''

'Then again, I'm not really hungry either. If I'm always passively regenerating, can I starve to death I wonder? I'm not invincible after all but I did trust it in the cave, guess I'll find out, might just be me being in the foundation realm. I'll have to see if Kara's the same. So much to discover, I can't wait to get to the sect'

We entered the inn and asked the innkeeper for a table and a room for the night, they had a good crowd but plenty of open tables. We kept getting stares from the crowd, but I couldn't get annoyed, after all Kara decided to sit on my lap so I just accepted it. I just ordered what Kara recommended and got to chatting.

Wrapping my arms around her I asked Kara ''tell me some more about the wrapped wings sect. what to expect and all that, oh do they have a library? I know jack about this place or cultivation after all'

''after you pass the entrance test, you'll get a run down from the examiner and all the items an outer court disciple gets. Sadly, you'll have to stary as an outer court disciple until you pass an end of year test because you're only in the foundation realm, we have a library that has levels based on the court the disciples in, but you can use sect point to check out books from different levels''

"If you're in the inner court are we going to be able to see each other? Is there another way to get in the inner court, I have the bl…books help after all?'' 'Shit can't mention that in public'

Kara shot me a loving gaze and held my arms tight. "don't worry, if it were any other sect, it might be a problem. Not in wrapped wings though, due to the nature of the sect there are lots of inner and outer court disciples, and even core disciples who cultivate together. Of course, it's not great for the cultivation speed of the higher courts, but the sect gave up on separating the courts a long time ago.'' Kara did take on a more melancholic expression afterword and continued.

''we won't be able to live together though, my sect badge makes it so I have to be in the inner court by curfew, same for the outer court''

"there's no way directly enter the inner court with my cultivation then?"

"Honestly unless you were a sect elders' descendant it's impossible, even people with a godsent talent must start in the outer court, they have different requirements after all. If you're not skilled at dual cultivation you won't succeed in the sect no matter how talented you are. The outer courts a trial by fire in that regard"

' I see, looks like I'll have to grind it out then, I wonder what techniques the sect teaches its..'

Before I could ask anymore the waitress with the food arrives.

"here you two are! Enjoy the food and let me know if you need anything else" With a wink the waitress was off.

"I hope you like what I picked out Alder, here, let me know what you think.'' Kara smiles sweetly and brought a spoon to my mouth. A bit embarrassing but I truly enjoyed it. Naturally ill repay her in kind. We started feeding each other, blissfully ignoring all the unpleasant stares from the crowd.

She got a simple shrimp dish with white rice and ordered me a giant stew served in a turtle shell. It was delicious. I hope she's not putting herself out so I can have a fancy meal. I'll definitely spoil her in the future.
