Disappeared

"Young master Black!" Someone called from outside the door as they continued to knock.

Lucifer Black pushed himself up on the bed, his eyes tightly knit together as he looked at the door impatiently, "Come in."

The door was pushed open slightly and a short maid slipped in, holding a tray with four plates and two glass cups on it. She looked down but when the door shut, her eyes darted up for a quick second. When she saw the girl laying on the bed, her lips turned down deeply before she lowered her head again.

Daphne sat up as well, rubbing her eyes tiredly.

"Young master Black, Lady Aurora told me to bring your dinner," the maid exclaimed softly, holding the tray out as she leaned forward more.

Lucifer Black was furious at being awoken when he was deep in his sleep, and he spoke curtly, "I'm not hungry. Take it away."
