"The Crown Princess has a fiance-?" (Katia) turns to me horrified, tears in her eyes as the tea overflows from the cup.
My heart suddenly jumped out of my chest. I held her hand quickly stopping the tea from overflowing, I placed it on the table and held her into my arms quickly.
The tea was too hot! The hot water grazed me a bit but that didn't matter, what I need to do is to have Katia to not misunderstand the situation at hand.
"F-Fiance?" (Katia) looks over to me shocked.
I look down, my chest still not calming. "What's a fiance? Is it another word for a close friend?"
