CHAPTER 33

Parker West Pov

"Damn it" I shouted angrily as I threw a bottle of wine at the wall. I can't control my anger.

I looked at the Wallpaper of my cellphone and there I saw the very beautiful face of the woman I love till now.

I never thought it would be so easy to lose her just in one day.

"Why? Why did you leave me? " I whispered softly as tears welled up in my eyes.

FLASH BACK

"Sh*t! Boss, your Bella will get married tomorrow." Drake said in disbelief in front of me while looking at his phone.

"That's not a good joke Drake. You might get punched." I glared at him and drank a glass of wine.

"It's true boss! Take a look at the name in the article. And the worse boss, the famous CEO of the Ludwig company he'll marry. You have no fight." he laughed and handed me his cellphone.

My world seemed to collapse when I saw it myself. I tightened my grip on drake's cellphone.

Suddenly my vision darkened and because of that I suddenly threw the cellphone I was holding on the wall.

"D*mn it boss! Why did you throw my phone? That's expensive!" Drake asked with wide eyes. He seemed to be very shocked for what I did to his phone. I could see that he was depressed as he looked at his broken cellphone. But still, I didn't care.

I took a bottle of wine and drank it straightly. I can't accept that she's getting married.

The next day I just locked myself in my condo and just had a drink. I wanted to see her at least for the last time but I couldn't. Instead I find myself in a corner of my room crying silently.

I didn't realize that I had fallen asleep because of crying and maybe drunk.

Fast Forward

I was stunned by the sound of the doorbell of my condo. I staggered to my feet and walked slowly to open the it

When I opened the door, my gang burst upon me and rake leads them while sweating profusely.

"What do you need?" I ask as I crumpled my sleepy eyes.

"Boss, Bella's car got on accident while heading to church." Drake immediately answered while leaning his palm on the doorjamb, then suddenly my whole body went cold. I felt like a fool as I repeated in my mind what Drake had said a while ago.

I can accept the fact that she'll marry someone else, but losing her is what I can't afford.

"Which hospital was she taken? Take me there NOW! " I command at Drake. I saw him walked first while I quickly followed him. I don't care what I was wearing, the important thing is that I see her in a good condition.

When we reached the ground floor, we quickly went to where our cars were parked. Then I rode quickly. Drake was the one I told to drove because I don't think I could afford to drive in this situation. I was dumbfounded while I remembering the first time we met, especially when we were in the garden.

"Boss. We are here." Drake wakes me up. I immediately opened the car door and hurried out.

"Tell the others to wait here. I'll be the only one to go inside." I told him and walked straight into the hospital.

When I got entered, I immediately approached the nurse station and asked where the patient named Y-za Bella Mondragon was taken.

"She's in OR now, Sir." a nurse answered him while holding the patient's charts.

I didn't wasted any time and ran to the OR, but I immediately stopped when seeing few people crying. So I decided not to come. Instead, just wait for the result from afar. I could also clearly see the loud banging of Bella's soon-to-be husband on the glass door of the Operating Room. I know that he is hurting too.

Soon the Doctor came out and I almost fell when I heard what he said.

"We did everything we could do to save her. Time of Death 10.23 am. "

At the same time, my tears flowed one by one.

END OF FLASHBACK

All the pain I felt since she died came back. I don't know why destiny loves to play.

"I hope when we meet again, we'll be together for each other." I said softly as I looked at her picture while crying.

Then, suddenly someone called my cellphone. So I answered it.

"What Now?" I said coldly to my cousin on the other line.

"Parker Let's meet. I need you to do something" she said.

"Where?" I asked.

"Like were before." she said and hung up the phone. So I arranged myself well and went out to go to the park.
