The girl named Alica turned as pale as the moon as the boy walked to her and squatted down. He said, "So you're enjoying yourself with your friends after getting me and my friends expelled? I'll make sure your life turns to hell!!"
Alice stumbled back as Aria calmly said, "Ben no. Remember your promise."
The boy named Ben stood up and looked at the girls in disdain, "See, I'm the proof. Me and my friends will make sure you guys are in no better position than us." He then turned to Aria, "I'll be leaving now. I'll be punished if I'm seen in the academy grounds and cannot give an explanation."
Aria nodded, "I'll drop you off." And before Ben knew what was happening, he was floating in the air away from the forest.
Aria then turned to the girls. She looked from Bella's face, green with anger, to Alice, pale from fear. "You all have one night to decide. Either apologize to Harper and leave the academy, or I'll expose you all and you will be thrown out of the academy. The choice is upto you, saving your family's pride and reputation." Aria said and stood up.
As she was about to walk away, one of the girls crawled towards Aria and grabbed her knees. "Please forgive us. We'll never do something like this ever again." she begged.
Aria freed her knees and said, "Of course you won't. You won't get a chance to do something like this. And why should I forgive you. Did you think about pitying or forgiving Harper as she begged tied to this tree!?!"
Aria turned around and had taken two steps when Alice suddenly shrieked, "Who are you to deliver justice to us!?!?!? Who do you think you are!?!!!!!!"
Aria turned around and crossed her arms, "Who do you think should deliver justice to you then? Professor Thomas? Your parents? Maybe Harper has the best right? Or should I call Stephen here?"
Alice was stunned for words as Aria continued, "As for me, I'm no one. I'm not delivering anything to you. The choice ultimately rests with you. I just told you the consequences."
Aria then whipped around and walked away, her golden hair swaying, glinting in the moonlight.
Aria was out of earshot of the girls when she stopped and sighed. "Do you get some kind of pleasure from following me around? Is it some kind of new pastime?" Aria said, and a second later, Joseph appeared behind her, coming out of the shadow of a tree.
"How long have you known?" He asked, walking upto Aria.
"Ever since I left the castle. I do hope you told Jacob. He'll be worried sick otherwise." Aria said as she began to walk.
"Yeah. I send word to him. Why didn't you say anything then?" Joseph asked, falling in step with Aria.
Aria stared up at the moon visible through the canopy of the trees, "Cause I needed an opinion. And you know the whole story anyway. Do you think what I did was right?"
Joseph furrowed his brows, "No."
Aria smiled bitterly, "That's what I was thinking too. Then tell me, what ought I have done Joseph?"
"You should have told Professor Thomas everything." Joseph shrugged.
