Are you coming down with a fever?

The next morning, Aria frowned as she opened her eyes. "Who is banging on the door at this ungodly hour!?" Aria exclaimed to herself as she got up and opened the door, still in her night dress and fuzzy hair, fighting to keep her eyes open.

Aria exclaimed as she opened the door, "What do you want so early in the morning?"

Jacob's voice rung out before she felt his big palm on her forehead, "Early? Aria, did you come down with a fever or something? If we don't hurry, we're going to have to miss breakfast."

Aria's eyes flew open at this statement. She saw Jacob and Helen standing at her door, both looking very worried. Aria's eyes fell on Jacob's other hand which was clasped with Helen's, she looked at this and gave a mischievous smile.

"Oh shut up." Jacob snapped.

Aria burst into laughter and Helen asked, "What? Did you say something Aria?"

Aria spoke, "Oh nothing. Do come in."

Jacob scowled, "We're not here to come in. You can slack all you want. We both have our fights today."

Aria scratched her head and said, "So why don't you guys run down for breakfast. I'll join you there or maybe in the grounds."

Helen seemed worried, "You're an early riser. What happened last night?"

Aria came up with an excuse on the spot, "Oh I sat up very late reading a book."

Jacob muttered, "Nerd." But Helen still seemed unconvinced. It was unlike Aria to skip on sleep for anything.

Aria waved her hand as she said, "Now off you both go. You'll be late for breakfast otherwise." As she said this, Helen and Jacob floated hand in hand away from her door.

Helen was surprised and clung to Jacob's arm, "What's happening?"

Jacob assured her, "It's Aria. She's making us fly." He then scowled upon seeing Aria's suggestive smile and turned away.

Aria went back to the room smiling to herself after making sure Jacob and Helen were safely at the foot of the tower. "They're great for each other. Jacob's a nice guy. I'm really happy he's not hung up on me." Aria muttered to herself as she went towards the window.

Just then, there was again a knock on her door. "Who is it now?" She wondered to herself as she opened the door again.

Aria was a little surprised to see Zach standing outside her door, but she was happy too. "Hey Zach! Did you have your fight yesterday?" Aria asked.

Zach seemed to be a little out of it. He had always seen Aria prim and proper, either in her uniform or some other dress great for fighting. But now that she saw this barefooted girl in her night dress, golden hair in a dizzary, looking like noodles of pure gold, he was thunderstruck by her beauty. Zach had convinced himself that he had gotten used to Aria's beauty, but as he stood there stupidly staring at her, it looked like he had been wrong.

"ZACH!!!!!????" It was after six calls by Aria that he snapped back.

"Oh. What did you say?" Zach was still a little dazed.

"I asked if you had your fight yesterday? Are you coming down with a fever or something? God I feel like everyone's asking everyone this today." Aria chuckled.
