Trials

Mubai, true to his nature, couldn't help but be captivated by the beauty of Maya. However, he refrained from expressing his thoughts, considering the presence of Felix by her side. Mubai, with a casual grin, decided to focus on the matter at hand.

"Welcome to Shrek Academy," Mubai began, gesturing for Felix and Maya to follow him.

As they strolled through the academy grounds, Mubai continued to explain the structure and values of Shrek Academy. "The trials are divided into four rounds. Each round tests different aspects of a student's strength, adaptability, and teamwork. And now, with the two of you, we've reached the final round as you both have have soul power beyond level 25."

Felix and Maya didn't felt anything about it as they were already familiar with the process and were just waiting to fight against Zhao Wuji so that they can test their strength. Mubai didn't waste any time and led them to the location of the fourth round. At the center stood Zao, a formidable opponent known for his prowess in battles. As Mubai introduced them to Zao, he couldn't help but be shocked to know that Zhao Wuji wanted to fight with them himself but he wasn't able to do anything and therefore after giving them a brief introduction of Zhao he went back towards the entrance thinking regretfully that he might not be able to see Maya again.

While Felix and Maya readied themselves for the challenge against Zhao Wuji.

As Mubai walked back towards the academy gates, he spotted Tang San, Xiao Wu, Ning, and Zhu waiting patiently. He was once again shocked to see both Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing while thinking that although it was regretful that Maya wont be able to study in the academy but there is Zhu Zhuqing and decided in his heart that he will do anything to not let Zhao Wuji fight with these 4 guys.

While on the other hand Tang San, who was still thinking about Felix and Maya, couldn't resist asking, "Mubai, who were those two that went with you earlier?" 

Mubai chuckled while looking at Zhu Zhuqing from the corner of his eyes, " They are irrelevant as they wont be able to pass the final round." After saying that, he led the group back to witness the end of Felix and Maya's fight.

At the final round's location, Felix and Maya, breathing heavily but victorious, stood before Zhao Wuji. The stick of incense had burned out, and the courtyard was silent.

Mubai saw Zhao standing there nodding towards Maya and Felix ,"You guys fought well. Shrek Academy gains worthy monsters."

Mubai stood dumbstruck there while thinking that how were they able to survive against Zhao but still went ahead to talk to Zhao about further trials of Tang San and others. Zhao Wuji looked at Tang San and others, nodded and went away thus successfully avoiding a beating from a certain Title Douluo unknowingly.

Felix and Maya stood aside and caught their breath, while waiting for other's trials to end which by the way ended successfully with all of them passing the trial.
