"«Hidden»...."

I used the Rofocale clan's Special Ability «Hidden», which can erase and disguise traces, which I managed to awaken during my two years of training.

Even so, currently I can only use it for five minutes. That's because, even though it seems simple, it turns out that to use «Hidden» I have to use quite a lot of magic power and require strong mental strength.

If we talk or make any movement, she won't notice anything because even «Hidden» also erase "traces" of sound, air movement, light reflections, temperature changes, or anything like that. So it was as if the existences named "Rey Rofocale" and "Kulshedra" did not exist in her perception, but the memories of us that she had in her memory were still there.

Even though I can only use «Hidden» for a few minutes at the moment, it's enough to determine the outcome of this fight!

I called my Sacred Gear and then in my hand appeared a golden staff with a rainbow-sparkles gem on the tip.

"«Summon»!"

I stomped my golden staff on the ground and then a 10 meters brightly glowing golden geometric circle appeared with me as the center.

What I want to summon is a Doppelganger.

According to myth, Doppelganger is an apparition or ghost that is said to have the exact same shape and appearance of a person and also said to be a bad omen.

Of course I had a purpose for summoning a Doppelganger using my Serene Summoning. And this purpose is a key tactic for completing this exam battle!

Not long after, from the geometric circle a silhouette emerged which then became increasingly clear.

The figure that emerged from the summons was myself, or more precisely, a Doppelganger who I ordered to took the form of being exactly the same as my current appearance and aura.

I also used «Hidden» on him so that he wouldn't be detected by Dragulia-san either.

The doppelganger stared at me silently and I then handed him a pair of daggers which I took out from the Storage Ring.

"Take this."

The doppelganger gave a small nod and accepted the pair of daggers I gave him.

Then, I gave him an order.

"Attack her."

I pointed at Dragulia-san who was still silent but looked alert.

The doppelganger looked for a moment at Dragulia-san and then gave me a small nod.

Then he turned around and took a stance while holding the pair of daggers I gave him.

"Go!"

I gave him the order to start attacking and the Doppelganger moved forward quickly towards Dragulia-san.

And with that, I deactivated the «Hidden» I used on the Doppelganger.

Eleanora was silent in alert because Rey suddenly disappeared without a trace in the arena which Rey had turned into pitch black.

"...."

She frowned deeply and wondered how Rey could disappear without any signs or traces at all.

'What in the world actually happened.... How could he completely disappear like this? .... This is so illogical.'

Of course, she also couldn't possibly assume that Rey had left the fighting arena because that would be the same as giving up and would be deemed to have failed the test. Moreover, currently the exam time is still not over.

But "Rey" didn't stop and continued to attack Eleanora using both daggers.

And that forced Eleanora to be passive and could only defend and couldn't counterattack.

Eleanora clicked her tongue because she realized that she had lost focus a little due to thinking too much about Rey's disappearance and as a result she was less prepared in anticipating a sudden attack even though she was already on guard.

So she tried to calm herself down and return to full focus while still fending off every attack from from "Rey".

And Eleanora then realized that "Rey's" attacks this time were weaker than before he disappeared earlier.

But she then concluded that it was because "Rey" was using a dagger which was a type of weapon that prioritized speed and precision, so she didn't think too much about it. Moreover, she knows that Rey's weapon can change forms.

And after successfully parrying a slash from "Rey" for the umpteenth time, she found an opening to counterattack.

Eleanora did not waste this opportunity and she acted by swinging her sword strongly to make a horizontal slash.

"Rey" defended himself by crossing his arms in front and using the pair of daggers he was holding as shield.

But even though "Rey" managed to survive Eleanora's slash, he was still blown back.

Just an instant after "Rey" was blown away, another Rey, or more precisely, the real Rey suddenly reappeared right in front of Eleanora with a slight grin and a punching stance.

Eleanora widened her eyes in surprise!

"Not good!"

She reflexively tried to dodge.

Rey, with one of his black-gauntlet-wearing hands fisting, punched Eleanora hard in the stomach.

Eleanora vomited blood and then blown with her body as if bent by Rey's strong punch.

Eleanora was blown away until she hit the barrier made by Rey.

And because Rey earlier also delivered a strong blow accompanied by Kulshedra's «Quake» element, Eleanora's body experienced a strong shock that reached her brain and made her lose consciousness.

Rey wins the fight.
