The night breeze gently rustled the treetops as Yuu and Yue walked hand in hand along one of the park's paths. The street lamps cast a path of golden light as they passed.

"Fufu... I had a lot of fun today. Thank you, Yuu..."

Yue chuckled softly. The little vampire wasn't quite sure about the true nature of their relationship, but it was obvious that Yuu didn't neglect her. Even if he was a mystery in that castle, he was kind to her.

Yes, Yuu wasn't very expressive with words. That's why Yue would take every opportunity to get closer to him in a blatant way. Like when she forced him to feed her at the restaurant. Or at the movies, when she sat on his lap for the whole movie. Or right now, when they walked hand in hand without any qualms.

Yuu himself didn't complain about Yue's affectionate outbursts. To be honest, he enjoyed the comforting warmth the little vampire gave him.
