- Intermediate Lottery: 200 fate points per draw.

- Advanced Lottery: 2000 fate points per draw.

2. **Physical and Energy Enhancement:** Fate points can enhance physical strength and energy.

3. **Skill Plundering or Replication:** Fate points can be spent to plunder or replicate the target's skills.

- Success rate depends on the skill's level.

- Example:

- Basic Plundering: 30 fate points with an 80% success rate for basic skills.

- Intermediate Plundering: 200 fate points with a 10% success rate for intermediate skills.

- Advanced Plundering: 2000 fate points with a 0% success rate for advanced skills.

**Transmigration Function:**

- Allows entry into different worlds once a week, with the strength of the world being random or selectable by spending fate points.

- 30 fate points: Adjusts time flow for basic worlds.

- 100 fate points: Adjusts time flow for intermediate worlds.

- 500 fate points: Adjusts time flow for advanced worlds.

- Without spending fate points, time flows normally.

**Detection Ability:** Can analyze the opponent's specific details.

"These are the current functions of the Fate Plundering System, Master," Ling'er concluded sweetly.

"Such powerful and domineering functions," Shangguan Binghen praised inwardly. Fate is one of the most critical aspects of a person. "Of course, Master. Currently, your strength is too low, and your fate points are insufficient, leading to restricted access to some functions. Additionally, the current Fate Plundering function is at its basic level, capable of plundering only a small amount of fate," Ling'er explained in her sweet voice, confirming Shangguan Binghen's guess.

"Just as I thought..." Shangguan Binghen nodded in satisfaction, filled with anticipation.

"Oh, I almost forgot, Master," Ling'er apologized, sounding somewhat flustered. "Here's a novice gift package for you!"

"A novice gift package?" Shangguan Binghen's face lit up with a charming smile that mesmerized some girls in the class who were watching him.

Immediately, a beautifully crafted gift box, visible only to Shangguan Binghen, appeared before him like in an online game, making his imagination run wild.

Following Ling'er's guidance, Shangguan Binghen tapped the gift box with his finger. Instantly, a brilliant display of fireworks erupted, revealing a book that lay quietly before him.

"This is the Divine Power Cultivation Method. The power cultivated from it can be transformed into any energy, maintaining both quality and quantity. Master just needs to tap it to learn it," Ling'er explained as Shangguan Binghen looked puzzled.

Satisfied, Shangguan Binghen nodded. The anime world's power systems were chaotic, with various types of energy like Chakra, magic, holy power, Xian power, Ki, and spiritual pressure. Having a power that could freely transform into other energies would be highly convenient, eliminating the need to choose a specific type of power to cultivate.
