We traveled through the sea by surfing. It's kind of a fun way to travel.
"Is it calming, Serus?" Oceane queried me.
"Yeah...wait.....you still didn't tell me about Blaze." I said.
"Well, in summary, he had the harshest training experience from our dad." she said.
"Harshest?"
"Dad trained him with no holding back. He almost killed Blaze for it, but the thing is Blaze does not realize that he became strong because of that." Oceane explained.
"Well, did Arlo experience that too?" I asked.
"Yes, but he understood our father from the start of his training up till now. Only the two of them were trained like that by our dad. When he trained Beatrix, his minimized his harsh ways of training. Instead of giving us a hard hand, he gave us challenges that based on our prowess. I had to freeze the sea I'm in, just to prevent the shark from eating me." Oceane said.
"....What kind of a father do you have?! If you're trained based on your given abilities, how about you, Grey?" I uttered.
"Well, dad trained me to maximize our inherited abilities." Grey answered.
"Inherited abilities, like passive ones?" I asked.
"Most likely that. We inherited a superhuman conditions, and slow-aging. Almost immortal." Grey responded.
"Slow-aging? That's why I thought you're quadruplets. So, who comes next Blaze? I mean, the birth order." I asked.
"It is Beatrix, then me. Next will be Mason, Oceane, and lastly Vita." Grey said.
"So, how old are you then? Since, you're slow-aging." I asked.
"...Serus, you do know that's insensitive to ask a gal, right?" Oceane said.
"i swear that I'm gonna punch you hard, Serus!" Grey yelled at me.
"Okay, okay. Geez, I am just kidding." I crossed my arms at the back of my head, and laughed.
"We're nearing the shore now, guys." I pointed at the shore where small houses stood on.
We got off the water, and stepped on the ground. At least we see peaceful people here. A fisherman approached us. It got us five hours to travel from North Carolina to our destination, which is Disko Bay, Greenland.
"Hello there! Are you new here, and want to roam the Disko Bay?" he enthusiastically asked us.
"Well yes, please." Oceane answered.
"Wait, aren't we going to search for the factory?" I whispered to her.
"Calm down, we need to play along. I don't trust these people." Oceane whispered back.
"Okay." I uttered.
We played along, and walked with the man. Oceane walked in front among us, the man followed behind him, and me and Grey walked behind the man. A perfect strategy to corner the enemy.
"So, was it always beautiful as this?" Oceane asked the man.
"Yes, ma'am. It was always calming too." the man replied.
"I see. Do you often fish here?"
"Sometimes, ma'am. The fishes don't always come here, so we fish to other parts of the sea." he said.
"Well, that's inconvenient for the least." I said.
"Well, it will be convenient...if you are sacrificed to the Akkorokamui!" he hit Oceane at her nape, putting her to sleep. Grey uncovered her knife, and pointed it at the man.
"More enemy over here." I gazed behind Grey, and we stood back-to-back with each other.
"You know where it is, don't you? Where is the factory?!" she screamed.
"Factory? No, but we do know that the Akkorokamui lives beneath the sea, and you'll be our offering to the deity." the man transformed into cephalopod-like creatures, but no tentacles.
"Now, this is what you call disgusting." Grey sliced his head without hesitation. I tried to burst the others with my flames, but it is still uncontrollable. Well, uncontrollable, as in I scorched them into fried takoyaki.
"False prophets like you, should die!" the man in front of Grey regenerated his head back, and the severed head produced a body for itself too. So, they multiply by being sliced into pieces. This'll be tough. Good thing I burned the others as soon as I can. The two pulled out dual-daggers from their torsos.
"You only angered by friends even further. Now, you should pay the price of their vengeance." the man said.
The bunch of squid people I burned started to rise again. Their bodies started to pump-up, being muscular and all.
"Why am I here again?" I asked myself, looking at them with trembling sense.
"DIE!" they attempted to grab me, but I stepped to my left side, and dodged it.
"Come on, cooperate with me." I strove to deliver flames from my hands, but it only flickered second by second.
"Get out of here, food-head!" Grey ordered me. I ran towards the houses, and ran around to lose their tracks. I can't leave Grey here alone. Then there landed Blaze at the center of the whole area. The monsters chasing me stopped, and approached Blaze instead.
"Get that girl and bring her to Rhys." Blaze said and pointed at Oceane. Wait.....what is he doing?
"Blaze, what's happening?" Grey is puzzled, as I am too.
"The rise of the Telum clan, useless sister." he uttered.
"What? Why are you with them?!" I asked.
"Shut your mouth, copycat. Bring this boy to Rhys as well." the muscular squid people held my arms.
"Why are you doing this, Blaze?!" Grey yelled at him.
"Because of you worthless scums. I never get to please our dad, but when I'm finished with this, I'll be given power that will suffice his satisfaction." he gritted his teeth with deep hatred.
"They are just manipulating you, Blaze." I uttered.
"Can you consider this as being manipulated?" he grinned, then he unleashed his flames through out his body. It changed from red to blue. And it shifted from blue to green.
"How....did you.....acquire..." Grey stuttered.
"By the help of the Telum, I developed it to its another potential. Father trained me without any result, such as this. But with them, I acquired this power, and I promised to rise with them instead." Blaze spoke ambitiously.
"That is not enough reason to betray your family though. For me, that's quite foolish." I said.
"I didn't ask for your opinion, copycat. I told you to bring him under the sea, where the factory is, right?! GO!" Blaze directed the squid faces to bring me and Oceane under the sea.
"Serus, no!" Grey called me out, running towards me.
"Stay down, little sister. You can't do anything about it." Blaze punched Grey at her gut., and knocked her out. Before they take us to the enemy, they gave us a helmet to breath underwater. It's most likely made out with nanotechnology. And it has a portable oxygen tube. Wow, that kid lives in the future. Why am I praising a villain's work? Stupid Serus. Well, here comes another arc.
"Sorry Grey, but this event is inevitable." Blaze spoked to her slumbering sister, and lastly, I saw him carry her.
