Upon cutting them, he swiftly jumped back, distancing himself from the attack zone of his enemy. Fortunately, the undead did not chase him as it crouched to its severed hands and attached them by simply using its mouth.
That should have been perfect timing to end the fight, but Loki's left shoulder throbbed in so much pain that it hindered him from thinking straight.
Still, injury wasn't an excuse to waste an opportunity while in a life-and-death battle. This was why experience was an extremely valuable weapon that couldn't be bought with coins.
