Chapter 1

Rai stood at the airport waiting for his luggage, when it finally arrived, he checked it and then made his way to the gate. He gave his ticket to the woman and boarded the plane. Raizel always felt uneasy when he was on airplanes, which made it hard for him to fall asleep so he always brought sleeping pills, but when Rai was looking for them he couldn't find them, so he had to go with the next best thing chamomile tea. He was about to signal for the flight attendant, but an announcement stopped him dead in his tracks, " All Passengers please remain seated, we are about to make an emergency lan-" the intercom was interrupted when there was a sound of an explosion, Rai looked out his window and a horrified expression was plastered on his face, the jet engine had exploded! He closed his eyes as he felt the plane tilt. The windows were cracking and as his cracked Rai thought "Oh shit".

Rai was in complete darkness, he heard a light and airy voice whispered "It's time to wake up now Raizel" , Rai opened his eyes only a little bit and saw what looked like a giant flying golden lizard, but before he could get a better look he'd had fallen into the darkness once more.

Rai opened his eyes and heard what sounded like a heart monitor beeping beside him, he was in the hospital. Moving his head a little to look around he saw a boy probably fifteen or sixteen sitting beside him the boy was playing a game on his phone, so he didn't notice Rai had woken up at all, Rai had fragments of memories that weren't his, "Rai?" said a shaky voice coming from beside him, he turned his head and saw the same boy but he had put his phone down, and wasn't half bad looking either, he and beautiful purple eyes and his jet black hair was braided down to his shoulders. There was a mirror behind him, Rai saw himself in the mirror, "Eh".
