"Lord Decimo," Ulquiorra stood in a garden. It wasn't like the other places in Hueco Mundo, barren, wasted, destroyed by mindless Hollows. It wasn't even artificial, but a real and immense tree that grew to the heights that any and every Hollow could see it. Its crown was enough to cover Las Noches and then some more, and just one of its roots were much like a rolling hill.
Atop one such rolling hill was the Hollow that ruled over Hueco Mundo, sitting on a bench, looking out at the numerous corners of the world, skimming for their secrets. But maybe it was because he always didn't know about what was going on in his backyard. Or that is what Ulquiorra thought. Otherwise, it made no sense to him to keep him to report any incident of importance that took place in Hueco Mundo.
Decimo raised his green eyes from a distance, regaining light in the empty ones, "Ah, yes. The ones that ran away from Hell, the Souls of Ninjas of the Past. So they decided to make their move after all."
"We have lost numerous of our Adhujas, and the intruder is still advancing," Ulquiorra reminded.
"Lost?" Decimo was a tall man, even in his human form. Even if he was sitting on a bench, his head was nearly the same height as Ulquiorra. The was a smile, wonderous, "There is nothing that is lost for me..."
Decimo looked towards the barren land in the distance, blowing air from between his lips, and white sand appeared out of mid-air, traveling by that blow of air which turned into a gust. White sand rose from the ground, forming Hollows, Adhujas of numerous kinds.
"Not life....not death...or anything in between and beyond," Decimo raised his body, "Nothing is beyond my reach."
"Yes," Ulquiorra closed his eyes, bowing, "What are my orders...?"
"Send the cat," Decimo's body slowly melted away from Ulquiorra's senses. He opened his eyes, only to find a smile on Decimo's lips, "I want to see how much did he progress."
Outer Regions of Las Noches,
"Is this it," A black-haired man looked down over the ruins of the outer wall of Las Noches. There was slight disdain on his lips, "I was expecting more when I heard that it was where the most ferocious beasts of this world were."
"Hah?! It's the second time that a fool dared to barge in here and bullshit so much! Just because you destroyed some trash doesn't mean you are not trash," A Hollow with blue hair blue eyes walked out from the other side of the rubble, clearing his ear for dirt that wasn't there.
Grimmjow raised his eyes to meet with red eyes and the three tomoe in them. His aura came bursting out, as if disgusted, in resistance to constraints that were being put around him. He stared at the intruder in disgust, "That trick. It might have worked on the small fries, but not on Espada's. But I will kill you for even trying that!"
"Hmph, I would like to see you try," The Uchiha floating in the air scoffed, crossing his hands, waiting for Grimmjow to attack.
Grimmjow didn't even make the act of moving, but his body appeared behind the Uchiha, who was still watching the afterimage. He whipped his leg, kicking the back of Uchiha's head, hurling his body towards the white sand into the rubble that he created. But it didn't stop there; he left another after image to appear in front of the Uchiha whose body bounced after hitting the ground. He kicked the center of the Uchiha's stomach, launching him through the thick walls of Las Noches to deeper levels.
Grimmjow appeared inside, walking with his hands resting in his coat, but there wasn't a look of enjoyment or happiness over defeating the enemy. Instead, it was frustration, "You better start taking this seriously."
"Heh, and here I thought you were just a beast, but you do have a brain," The Uchiha rose from the rubble, patting its cloth, giving Grimmjow a side-long glance, "But you do possess a bit of power. My name is...Indra Uchiha. The Last Soul you will ever face."
Meeting Room,
"Indra? Isn't that...the Ancestors of Uchihas?"
The only other person that was in the Meeting Room asked Decimo. She herself was standing between his legs, resting her ass on his large thigh, which had more than enough space for her to sit. Harribel's eyes were stuck to the space at the center of the table. It wasn't a screen, but the space itself was cut and attached to the place where two parties met.
Decimo rested his cheek on the tip of his right hand's fingers, his eyes scrutinizing Indra, who used Sunanoo so subtly that it only appeared for a moment when Grimmjow's attack connected. It defended him from both attacks, but he let himself be thrown around.
"Uchiha's...they have a habit of letting their opponent have hope, only to crush it," Decimo's eyes curved in interest, "I wonder if it's them lashing out at the world because of how they got their eyes."
Harribel blinked towards him, silently turning her eyes towards the battle. If this had happened a year before, then they'd be in trouble. From what she could tell, Indra, even as he was now, was stronger than any of the Espada's. But that was a year before, when they were just born, new to their powers.
Now, they finally had all the control they could ever need, and with Decimo by their side, which erased any limits, real, virtual, their powers had grown to reach their peak. The only way to get stronger was to learn Next Release like Ulquiorra.
Although they could let Decimo remove it anytime they wanted, they were Espada's. All of them still had their pride.
"Decimooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Harribel turned her eyes, hearing the familiar voice, seeing Demimo holding a kid that seemed to be the size of his palm, even though her hands and legs were struggling to reach him.
"Decimoooo!!!"
"How many times have I told you. Don't jump on me like that," Decimo put Nel on the armrest, "Weren't you in the Human World?"
"I heard someone invaded, so I came running," Nel hugged him, taking out a lollipop from inside of her clothes, half licked, wet, sticking. She started licking again, seeing the fight between too.
Decimo let out a troubled sigh, looking away from the girl that couldn't be bothered with hygiene or matters. But then again, with their overwhelming aura, germs were killed long before they reached anywhere near them or on the things they held.
"So you just came to watch the show."
"Yes~~!!!"
