"Interesting. She has a similar ability to mine. As long as she gets involved, I should be able to hide my presence then," Erebos said with a grin, then disappeared into the shadow of the night.
Kaija, meanwhile, didn't know anything that was happening. After doing some more investigation, she was sure her father was hired to kill someone from the Roswell family.
She looked at her phone and saw the picture of the target, a beautiful woman with pink eyes.
"So this one is his target now, Aine Roswell. I wonder how strong she is that someone spent all that reward to kill her."
Kaija already knows that the Roswell family has unique abilities. She also knows that Aine is the current daughter of the patriarch and the next in line to become one.
But this position alone won't warrant such a reward. In her field as a professional assassin, the bounty on Aine could be counted among the top five.
