The Arctic Continent is one of the weaker Continents on BlueStar, originally they were on par with the rest of the Continents however during the last Racial Invasion their super city was actually temporarily occupied.

More than half of the large wealth owned by the organisations was lost by the occupation and even after they reclaimed it later on all of the resources were transferred back to the attackers planet.

And Arguably more important, they lost many powerhouses and millions of Lower Rank Warriors!

This severely affected their vitality and even with thousands of years of development time they haven't fully recovered.

Thus leading to the embarrassing situation they are currently in. More than half of their continent is occupied by the Eleflares and they are still struggling to defend.

But there wasn't much the Government could do, they were already stretched thin and felt that defending their own turfs. No Rank 9 Powerhouse could move at the moment.

However in the last three years the Eleflares began to calm down and situate themselves in the occupied cities. As for the mortals in the cities, they were used as Slaves or transferred back to the Eleflares planet for various uses.

Samuel also spent a lot of Spiritual Crystals to purchase a lot of Corpses from the other warriors and rogue warriors and even the Fifth Army through his connections.

After spending another hundred Spiritual Crystals Samuel actually collected ten thousand Corpses! All of which were used to reinforce the underground facilities in their Headquarters.

Which by the way had been largely expanded reaching 20-30 floors deep in all areas with complex locks, facilities. Everything down there was easily liveable, even sunlight was artificially created below.

Samuel had been hiding Warriors down there and many mortal partners were also placed below to take care of the new descendants.

After all, every descendant has a Spiritual Root! This is unimaginable for many Organisations, maybe only the Government has methods to increase the rates of Spiritual Roots.

And soon they will begin practising. Take B1 as an example. She was the first child born and was already 7 years old now. She began practising when she was 6 and easily stepped into the Low Rank 1.

However after that she began developing her body. With the benefits of a lot of herbs purchased and earnt over the years every night she took medicinal baths and had medicinal meals and drinks every day.

Her body developed quickly, at the age of 7 she looked like an average teenager. With the blessing of the Minor Daughter of Luck, she also had a better childhood than average.

Although not meeting a hidden powerhouse and being accepted as a disciple better, she avoided common childhood injuries like broken bones, cuts and scratches, etc…

However it has to be like that, at least right now it does. Samuel can no longer access the Eternal Battlefield during a Racial War, so their supply comes from other organisations and the resources they collected.

Currently B1 was sitting at a large oak table with three pretty women trailing behind her every move.

Her face was definitely a beauty, even comparable to A4, with flowing blonde hair and a slim figure and face.

In front of her was a large plate of Eleflare meat cooked nicely, the garnishes were rare Petrochemical Herbs with the benefits of slightly increasing the strength of the skin. Even a small flower placed on the edge of the plate was a Violet Poppy.

It's slightly rarer among the common herbs and is able to rejuvenate a warrior's blood, slightly improving the qualifications. Although tiny, less than a 0.1% boost, it is still a decent herb.

The three women around looked on with jealousy, they are just concubines accepted by A1 and were tasked with caring for B1s every move. They have no special talents and their only hope is that they want a talented offspring.

But now looking at the food B1 was served they grind their teeth together heavily. This food is worth more than their families entire net worth! And this is just one of B1s meals!

Actually jealousy is quite common in the Dogs of War Compound. There are a lot of wives and concubines and children, so naturally there is a lot of comparison and arguments between them.

However this doesn't remove the loyalty they have for Samuel, regardless of their own thoughts they never do anything that potentially interferes with Samuels own benefits.

But they still compete for resources, affection and they hope that their children will be more talented than the others in the Generation, after all they will definitely benefit from it.

Take B1's mother as an example, she now lives in one of the more luxurious rooms, reinforced by Eleflares skin, and the food she eats is actually comparable to the older warriors' food.

Of course this is inseparable from A1's care and B1's own talent.

Just as B1 was eating her meal there was a knock at the large hall door.

A middle-aged warrior, A472, walked in and greeted B1 politely.

''B1, Samuel requested that you prepare to participate in the Youth Tournament this year. He has permitted you to take two Pseudo-Artifacts out from the treasury.'' The Warrior reported his news before leaving.

B1 heard the news and her face smiled brightly, although she is unlikely to place very high in the competition, she is only 7 now! It is already good for her to be able to get her name out there.
