Over the last two years or so she had come here a few more times to visit Samuel and was amazed at the rate that this Organisation was situated. Although she could feel that the top combat power hadn't changed, she detected multiple more Low Rank 1 Warriors.

However, even Sally didn't know that during this time Samuel had been developing his underground base, reaching over thirty floors deep. And at the bottom of those floors is where the other Middle Rank warriors and SS1 have been living.

After all Ceilias has been looking for Luke personally, who's to say she won't just show up and find out that the Dogs of War have a few more Middle Rank 1 Warriors now and become suspicious.

But despite not knowing that Sally was still suspicious of this new Organisation. It's development was too quick!

Even though it's still weak compared to Rank E Organisations the majority of Rank E Organisations have been developed for a thousand years or more!

But Sally could only keep her suspicions to herself and act appropriately to her age. After all, in Samuel's eyes she was only a 13 year old mortal.

So she simply looked around curiously while secretly using her Spiritual Energy to analyse the surroundings.

In fact she could reach hundreds of metres into the ground and could detect at least 20 floors down.

But she was annoyed when she realised that there was definitely more out of her reach. She secretly decided to come back at another time to explore the secrets held within.

And with her strength she naturally didn't need to worry about being discovered.

In fact Sallys strength had already reached Middle Rank 2. She actually has a unique warrior practice technique.

Warrior Practice Techniques are incredibly powerful. Each Organisation will attempt to collect them. They basically allow the Warrior to add certain attributes to their Spiritual Energy making it much more powerful than normal energy.

Of course only the extremely influential Warriors generally from Rank A Organisations or higher can practice it. And they each have very specific requirements and are incredibly difficult to practice.

Take Sallys technique as an example. She practises the Phoenix Rebirth Technique. She actually has to technically live 9 lifetimes of practice.

In the first lifetime she has a 1 Inch Spiritual Root and must reach the High Rank 1, then she will be reborn.

In the second lifetime she has a 2 Inch Spiritual Root and much practice from a mortal to the High Second Rank.

In the third lifetime and her current lifetime she has to practise to the High Third Rank.

This Technique might seem tasteless, but there are actually a lot of benefits from practising this technique.

In each of Sallys lifetime when she reaches the age of 10 she will gain all of the memories from her previous life including any Warrior Skills she practised, any fighting experience she previously had.

But more importantly if she eats any Spiritual Fruits in her previous life she gets the benefits in her next life!

For example if she ate a fruit that increases her Spiritual Perception in her last life she will get the same benefit in the next life! This allows her to be much much much more powerful than she was in her previous life.

She also gets the effects of Artifacts like the Descendant Development Pendant that Samuel found. So when she was young in that world she often hunted for similar Artifacts.

It took about thirty years to reach the High Rank 2, in her last life with only a 2 Inch Spiritual root. And over that time she adventured into the Eternal Battlefield countless times and even explored a few inheritances.

Of course her practice speed will be much slower than Ceilia, her actual Spiritual Root is still a low level.

Including her first life, she actually practised for about 50 years mostly because she kept getting stuck at bottlenecks. But she also ate around thirty Spiritual Fruits of various potenance!

So even if in this Lifetime she is only a Middle Rank 2 Warrior she is extremely confident in her strength.

Now I feel like I should explain something. Although Samuels Dogs of War seem to be developing fast in fact they are relying on outside sources to get past their current level.

In the future even if they eat dozens of Spiritual Fruits it won't allow them to easily break a bottleneck.

And the reason for this is their Spiritual Root. 1 Inch Spiritual Roots can absorb less than half of the energy of a 2 Inch Spiritual Root.

They have to supplement this with Spiritual Fruits. If there is no Spiritual fruit it would take years for a Low Rank 1 Warrior to reach the Middle Rank 1.

And most children from organisations begin practising at the age of 10.

However for people like Ceilia with a strong background they commonly start practising at the age of 5!

Added to the Rank 7 Spiritual Root Ceilia will practice like the speed of light!

The only reason that Sally was able to increase her level so quickly was due to the 30+ Spiritual Fruits that are working on her body.

Moreover she was slightly successful in her Artifact hunts during her last life. She found one Artifact in each lifetime. One that develops her Talent when she was young while the other allows her to absorb more aura.

Unfortunately she doesn't get to keep these Artifacts through to her next life, and she doesn't know where she will be reborn on the continent so she can't leave them somewhere to collect.

So she just hides them in the Eternal Battlefield hoping that she will be able to find them in the future.

But the chances are slim.
