Awakening to a New Threat

Zac gazed at the massive creature composed of an infinite number of bones. Its enormous mouth revealed the crushed head of the ape race soldier. The sight so hard it made the new recruits shudder.

Bella looked at the new appearance of the demon and said, "Energy level detected: Rank E Low stage."

A shout went up from the front, "Charge!" Glancing around, Zac discovered that it was from Corporal Shane. There were many more cries heard in addition to that. The group had lost track of the Captain. Zac and the soldiers soon marched in front of them. As he ran toward the battleground, Zac saw something incredible. Then, out of nowhere, he saw their unit captain materialize in front of the bone demon and swing her sword. Screaming, the Bone demon was cut in half by the sword. Then she leaped into the combat zone.
