Richie's fist lit up with a multi coloured light as he punched towards the zombie, the zombie now had to choose between blocking Richie's punch or blocking the numerous fire missiles coming towards it.
Due to its low intelligence, it simply thought 'more is dangerous, less is weak' therefore it chose to block the fire missiles, a bad choice.
Richie's fist then collided with the zombie's head, Boom! the zombie's head burst into a bloody mess as its body turned limp and fell to the floor. The residual blast shook the entire cave, so you can imagine how powerful the punch actually was.
- new skill acquired: 'supernova punch' -
- skill definition: Absorbs the yin-yang elements nearby into your fist, upon collision, the yin-yang stored in the fist will react with each other to form a huge blast-
- additional note: this skill enlists the use of 'the law of destruction' though the user doesn't need any law comprehension to activate this skill, it also does 5% true damage-
What the heck, when did I become so strong! Richie exclaimed, although he had never actually used the supernova punch he learnt from his father before, he didn't expect it to be that strong, and do true damage as well, whatever that means.
Richie then asked the system about true damage, though he already kind of had an idea of what it was.
- true damage basically means that it attacks the soul, by dealing 5% true damage to the target, you are effectively reducing their 'hp' by 5% - the system explained.
Richie then asked about the law of destruction in which the system simply said that he didn't need to know.
- Richie, that skill you have there, the supernova punch, it Is an extremely powerful technique, I'm sure that your Hong clan's backstory is quite intriguing-
" Yeah, I don't quite know why my dad has such powerful techniques, he actually said to me that this was one of his weaker techniques" Richie was now even more interested in his parent's background.
His mother had mysteriously died from a black insect crawling out of her body, Richie wasn't stupid, he had quite a good grasp on the powers in the Xinjiang Empire, he knew that a killing move as inconspicuous as the one used against his mother was not ordinary.
And there was also the castle he saw with the spirituality gem, why were his parents being tortured, from what he could feel in the vision ( his instinct) Everyone in the cages were extremely powerful, yet his mother and father were not, yet they were still put in with the 'powerful people' Curious.

" What the hell was that punch!" The lady with fiery red hair spat out her drink as she watched the zombie's body fall limp to the ground.
Such a powerful technique could not be found in the mortal realm! This meant that Richie had either chance upon the inheritance of a higher being, or is part of the 'Ancient families' with connections to the upper realms.
But even then, the technique her candidate had just shown was extremely powerful, even to her standards.
"Since he managed to deal with that zombie so easily, I wonder how he will deal with multiple? " the lady said to herself.

After dealing with the zombie, Richie once again received his daly quest, this was extremely puzzling as Richie was sure that 24 hours hadn't passed. But the system had an answer to his question.
- The time in this place is extremely unstable, to me, it feels like this place is man-made, but anyway, due to the time here being extremely unstable, the amount of time that passes her compared to the 'outside world' can be either faster or slower- the system answered Richie's question.
Richie then released his hellfire cauldron out of the system, he was going to try to create a qi replenishment pill ( this should be self explanatory, it regenerates a large amount of qi )
***
"Again with that cauldron, why is he making alchemy products here shouldn't he be more worried about his survival, and how come he got the cauldron out just about 24 hours after he took it out before" The lady said to herself.
Now she started to wonder if Richie had a time telling device from the Upper realms, and also the cauldron, it was made out of a metal that she actually couldn't identify!
The cauldron was fiery red with mysterious engravings (which to her, seemed like runes) of which lit up after finishing a product
Runes were high level talismans which could be inscribed onto various products, the effects they have can vary greatly, from the product being able to repair itself or even gain sentience.
After Richie finished the qi gathering pill, with the ingredients he bought from the shop, the runes on the Hellfire cauldron lit up with a fiery radiance, when the runes dimmed, Richie took out the qi gathering pill.
At first glance, the woman could see that the pill was of a quite high standard, from that she concluded that Richie was connected to the Upper realms, only the Ancient families had the power to nurture such an incredible alchemist.
Or maybe he wasn't, she couldn't remember the last time she went to the mortal realm, maybe the alchemy standards had improved, maybe not.

- congratulations, you made a pill! -
- you received 10 alchemy tokens-
- ding quest complete-
- you received 100 alchemy tokens -
-the system has taken 55 of your alchemy tokens as compensation for healing you-
" compensation huh, oh well, system why did I get 10 alchemy tokens from making a pill" Richie sighed, he was already getting bored of the system throwing random terms and other stuff at him, he wasn't even surprised that somthing unexpected happened again.
- you get alchemy tokens for making successful pills, later on, this will be your main source of alchemy tokens, just so you know, you get more alchemy tokens the higher level your pill is and how rare it it.- the system explained.
Richie decided that he would save his alchemy tokens for now, the most definitely will come in handy later.
Richie then advanced further into the tunnel ( there was a tunnel connected to this cave, like the last one)
While Richie was walking through the tunnel, he noticed that the originally dark coloured rocks around him were starting to become lighter, less black.
A few minutes later, after walking for a while, Richie entered another cavern, this one was even larger than the last, but what really caught Richie's eye was the fact that there was actually plant life growing in the cavern!
And the walls of the cavern were not black, they were a very light colour of grey, Richie didn't know what this meant, but what he did know was that there was a pack of zombies sleeping on... The walls?
