After filling the form, Bertha handled a few more formalities before turning to face Michael with a smile. She handed him a plaque that had two crossing tails and a sword in their middle. That was the insignia that Michael had chosen to serve as the identifying visual sign of his new adventuring party.

"Feel free to pick any of the quests that are on that board." Bertha pointed to a board that was right beside the counted.

"What's the difference between that board and the others?" Michael asked. He already knew, but felt like it was courtesy to ask.

"That board contains only C rank quests. In order to avoid stronger adventurers from sweeping through the offers for the weaker ones, we split up the quests according to their difficulty." Bertha explained. Michael nodded and left the counter, going over to examine the boards.
