Bare to the elements

I shot my hands into the air " Look Bug..bud! I was just playing around, my words didn't mean anything, this is just a communication issue " 

"Then tell me your name" 

I turned to see big bug looking at me with a curious expression, she spoke with a calmness.

Taking a quick glance, I saw that bug had stopped moving, still holding his flaming sword though " Nova"

" How old are you, Nova?"

"Twenty Four" ' is this a job interview!'

She looked at me with a slight smirk, " Well Nova, there's only one way to fix this Nova" 

' Why are you saying my name so much!' 

" Let's get married!" Yue Lei said with a straight face. I saw bug immediately collapsing to the floor ' I think he has problems ' 

I looked at the one named Yue Lei and the bug like I was staring at aliens. " Just how does marriage solve anything?"

" You took advantage of me so now you'll have to take responsibility " the was slightly chuckle in her voice.

I scoffed at her words and immediately took off my jumper leaving my chest bare to the elements " Come, touch where ever you want and we'll be even " 

Yue Lie froze up at the view in front of her 

" My lord! Cover your eyes " Ren quickly closed his eyes but his face was completely beat red.

Yue Lie looked at the man in front of her in complete awe ' He can't be from this world '

" Do you know how improper it is, to show a woman such a scene?" 

She stepped forward, shaking her head

" And I'm afraid, this is not how this will work " 

Her side bug was still covering his eyes " My lord will never touch another man... only her father "

' Why you covering your eyes' I turned to look at the both like they were crazy " Oh please!, you two are insane if you think if I'll marry you over a touch, I'll go around touching every woman in the village if you want play that game " I said with an annoyed tone. ' there's a lot things wrong with that sentence '

Yue Lei eyes turned into slits " A proper gentleman would never do such a thing " 

"Hah! Who said I was a proper gentleman" I said whilst placing my hands on my hips. 

Yue Lei eyes slowly travelled down my body making me feel like a piece of meat on display at the county fair. ' What's wrong with Nova! We've been to a beach with nothing but a Speedo on, this is nothing! Stand proud!'

" It seems like I'm going to have to teach you how to be a proper Gentleman " the erie-ness of her voice gave me the chills.

I nearly slapped myself at her words ' What is this woman's problem ' I sighed hard while touching the brow of my nose.

" Look lady! Marriage? Hell no! And proper gentleman, they don't exist! I'm just here by accident and trying to get home. Nice offer but please be on your way and leave me alone! " I pointed towards the woods, to back where they came.

" Please put your clothes back on before some else see's you " 

I narrow my eyes seeing Yue Lei moving closer towards me. I move backwards but she moved forward again.

" Why are you coming towards, please go away " 

She ignored my words, continuing to step closer.

I felt my heels touch nothing and looked down over the edge of cliff at the flowing river.

" You could die if you jump from there, do you even know how to swim?" She asked with a tone of concern.

I stared at her with a blank face "Yes" 

' just like skydiving' I took in a deep breath, spread out my arms, closed my eyes and leaned back.

' I'm not falling, I'm hanging' I opened my eyes to see Yue Lei staring at me with black face. 

Her hand was holding onto my joggers, her face was straight, I couldn't tell what she was thinking.

" Let go" I snarled at her 

Before I knew it, she pulled me closer and flipped me, holding me under her armpit like a clutch bag. 

" What the hell! Put me down right now! " I roared and tried to wiggle my way out but her grip was intense. ' I weigh 110! What does this woman bench!'

" Ren, grab his clothes" She ignored my pleas.

The bug now named Ren grabbed my clothes, following behind us with red cheeks on his straight face.

" I don't swing that way " I growled at him.

His face flashed red, he quickly looked away.

After trying to fight Yue Lei, I went limp and hunh on his side like a dead animal.

' This is it...I'll get sold off to some wrinkly old lady or killed' my dark monologue came to dead heat as I realized my head was right next her butt.

I reached out and gave one cheek a firm slap.

Yue Lei nearly droppeds me but quickly shifted me onto her shoulder. My head on her heads side.

I could hear Ren foaming at the mouth.

" You will regret it, if you do that again" the cold voice of Yue Lei stung into my ear. 

' I was hoping you'd drop me or just finish me off quickly' I sighed in defeat, propping my chin up with my elbow, taking In the views of the forest as she walked onwards.
