Meanwhile, Lenny entered Scarface's home.
Surprisingly, the interior was nothing like the exterior.
It was well organized. Even though most of it was clammed up with books on nearly everything, it was still in good shape and well arranged on book shelves.
There was a Television in one corner, obviously not used since the apocalypse.
The room was not so bright, but it was neat.
At least most of it, except for the obvious signs of struggle on the ground and the blood-written message.
"Loan Sharks," Scarface responded, "I took a loan of a hound's liver. We may be immortal, but the hunger is still there. Sometimes, it gets so unbearable. I... I had no choice. My daughter was starving. We had to pay back with beast meat or give two months worth of healed Liver."
Lenny raised a brow at this.
It was a real funny thing to think that such a trade made it to the post-apocalypse.
