Now Combat Power is not absolute, with right method stronger opponent can be defeated. Now reason why they are strong is pretty simple, because I want them to be and its hard to believe that only so few have reached this level when its a bit difficult but its immpossible at all.
Another thing, House Gaap and Dantilion are a bit unique, they are powerful but that to comes with its disadvantages.
