Ninjago Museum of History is what the sign said above the building. 'Hopefully, she's here...' Thought Damien as he entered the building. It took a while for Damien to get here, and after asking for directions multiple times, he finally made it.
"Sir, what can I help you with." The girl behind the receptionist's desk said. "I'm looking for someone; I heard she worked here," Damien said with a smile. "If you tell me who you're looking for, I might be able to help you." The girl said. "I'm looking for Misako, an old lady with grey hair; wearing glasses." The girl thought for a second before saying, "Oh, you mean that archeologist that paid Dr. Sander to study the articles? She doesn't work here, but I'm happy to bring you to her!" The receptionist returned Damien's smile.
"Thank you!" Damien said with a slight bow. The girl sat up from her chair and implored Damien to follow him. While walking through the museum, Damien admired all the paintings depicting history, everything from the Serpentine Wars to the Stone Army. "Cool, isn't it?" The receptionist inquired, and I nodded my head. "I know, right!? Sometimes I wonder about the museum marveling at everything during my breaks. Oh, and look at that, we are here!"
The receptionist pointed at a door in the middle of the exhibit. "She's right in there!" The receptionist smiled. I thanked her and entered the room; I found an old lady frantically searching through scrolls and books; as if desperate to find something. She didn't even notice my presence as I stared at her for minutes.
"Uh... hello?" I finally said, and she jumped like a cat, scared of a cucumber. When she noticed me, she visibly calmed down and said, "You scared me, kid; you should knock before entering a room." Misako fixed her glasses. "What do you want?" Misako said while turning back to her scroll.
"I'll get straight to the point; I want you to teach me Spinjitsu." Silence ensued. Misako narrowed her eyes and appeared visibly more alert. "How do you know I know Spinjitsu?" Misako said. "I know things, Misako, one of them being how weak I am right now." Damien sat down across from Misako. "I'm sorry, kid, I'm not looking for disciples right now. I'm busy researching, as you can see," Misako crossed her arms. "Busy researching the prophecy of the green ninja... correct?" I said as Misako's eyes widened in surprise. "How did you..."
"As I said, Misako, I know things. I'll propose a deal, Misako; I'll tell you about the Prophecy of the green ninja, and in exchange, you teach me Spinjitsu." Damien said. "... Okay, if I teach you, what would you do with it?" Misako said without moving her eyes from me. "I would protect the ones I love and defend this city from evildoers." Damien lied through his teeth without hesitation; he knew damn well that all he wanted was strength.
Misako's eyes widened in surprise. "Okay, I see; Prove that you know anything about the prophecy of the green ninja," Misako said, still skeptical. "The Green Ninja is a legendary figure said to be the strongest of all ninja, destined to defeat evil in a final climactic battle for the fate of Ninjago." Damien was without hesitation.
Misako seemed to contemplate something while massaging her temples. "Tell me one thing I already don't know about the Prophecy, and I'll teach you." Misako suddenly said. 'What do I tell her?' Damien thought for a second before finally responding. "I know who the Green ninja will be..." Damien said, shocking Misako.
"How could you possibly know such information?" Misako said. "Like I said two times before, I know things! For what reason? I can't tell you, but if you were to look up my documentation, you would find that Damien Heizen Floresh should not exist." Damien kept things vague. "I'll tell you who the green ninja is, only if you promise to teach me Spinjitsu. And I Know you always keep your promises..." Damien gave her an ultimatum.
Misako's face went through multiple emotions, confusion, surprise, and skepticism, but ultimately said, "Fine... If you tell me who the green ninja is. And I believe you, then I will teach you spinjitsu..." Misako said.
"Alright, so we have a deal. I think you will be well aware of who this person is, so don't have a heart attack; the green ninja will be your son, Lloyd Garmadon." Damien said.
"W-What..." Misako slumped into her chair as realization poured over her. 'Of course, it's my son; it's so obvious. Only the son of Lord Garmadon could defeat Garmadon himself.' Misako thought before returning her attention to Damien. "You are Damien, correct?" he nodded his head, "Im assuming since, as you say, "don't exist," that you don't have a job, or a house, or anything that would require an ID, correct?" He nodded his head again.
"Wait... so let me get this straight. You are a homeless kid with no job or proof of existing; that happens to know things." Misako said, repeating herself at the absurdity, and Damien once again nodded. *Sigh* "I'll train you as promised; you can stay at my place for now, as long as you tell me everything you know about Prophecy... Deal?" Misako offered a handshake. Damien looked at it for a second before accepting.
----------
After Misako finished at the museum, she brought Damien to her home. "You can sleep here," Misako said as she pointed to the storage room. "We will start training tomorrow; get some rest." Misako threw Damien a sleeping bag.
'Well, that was quite the endeavor; I can't believe she accepted!' Damien thought as he laid the sleeping bag on the ground. 'So this is my new home...' Damien thought as he scoured the room. Tired, Damien lay in his sleeping bag. 'I don't think I've soaked up my situation yet. Im in Ninjago. I didn't reincarnate or transmigrate. I'm in Ninjago with my original body, transported. I still don't know if I'm dreaming; this has all been surreal.' Damien thought.
"What am I even going to do?" Damien muttered as he snuggled into his sleeping bag. "Whatever... I'll figure it out later." Damien's voice grew silent; he finally drifted asleep.
---------
Damien woke up to the feeling of grass upon his skin. 'Huh... I don't remember falling asleep on the grass.' Damien thought as he groggily got up. "You aren't ment to be here..." A voice surprised Damien as he snapped his head around. A man sat in a field of grass wearing a straw hat. He currently had his back turned to Damien. Damien recognized this person; he was the First Spinjitsu Master and was like a god in Ninjago.
"W-what..." Damien stammered. "I said you don't belong here..." The man once again said. "You can stay... as long as you're good..." The First Spinjitsu Master never turned his back. "Now leave..." Suddenly Damien disappeared from the world and woke up in his sleeping bag.
Damien panted as he slowly got up. 'I can't believe that I met the First Spinjitsu Master! And only on my second day! But it seems I'm still in Misako's storage room.' Damien thought as he confirmed that he was still in Ninjago. *Sigh* 'I should be starting my training today...'
