Chapter 2

Black P.O.V

It was early morning after breakfast with my friends and family. After breakfast I was with Jessica on couch in the living when Leon my best friend and also the future beta of this pack came and joined.

"Hey man happy birthday. Are excited to find your mate today hopefully." He says.

"Yeah thanks." Before Leon could have a chance to go any further with the conversation Jessica interrupts "I hope I will be your mate." with a flirtatious voice. Ahhh this girl is so clingy and very needy. I wonder why I even agreed to date her. I thought to myself.

I excused myself and went into my room to sleep. As I lay on my bed I thought of how my mate would be. With that I drifting into a peaceful sleep. I woke up just thirty minutes before my party starts. I freshened up, I wore my all black attire to match my my name. I went downstairs as soon as I was done. Just in time to greet the guests.

I was about to pass the kitchen door when I smelt the most amazing smell I ever smelt. It was rain and vanilla. I followed the scent and it lead me to Rain.

She was the most beautiful girl I ever laid my eyes on, I can't believe she always lived with us and I didn't notice her.

Even though she is beautiful, I still don't want a mate at all. I was doing fine on my own and all of a sudden she appears. Where was she when I turned 17. Well she is too late because I longer want a mate.

In spite of the fact that I don't a mate, I wasn't going to let anyone have her first before I test her. So I did what I saw best for me.

"Meet in my room after the party." For a moment she was surprised as if wasn't expecting me to say that.

After our little moment I went to party hall. At the party all I was thinking of Rain and my wolf Frost was over the moon. Rain and I were throwing some glance at each other here and there.

Finally the party is over and I get what I want. As soon as the guests were gone I head straight to my room and I saw Rain waiting for me. I approached her and slammed my lips on hers. At first she stiffened then she relaxed.

After what felt like eternity we parted breathing heavily. I then carried her in bridal style to my bed. I then started to whisper some sweet nothings and she was blushing so hard that made me more aroused. I didn't waste time I made love to her.

I woke up to Rain drooling over me. I just looked at her for a moment before I went to the bathroom. When I came I found her all dressed up looking so pretty, then I said "I Black Winter future alpha of the Rain Storm pack rejected reject you Rain Isabella Storm as my mate and Luna of this pack." I waited for her to ask me why I did it but there was nothing, instead her face was emotionless. She didn't cry at all neither did she beg me but she just walked out without a word. I was left in the room hurt that she didn't care but also stunned.
