I Love You

"After that... They kept an eye on me. I was wondering what it might be. But I don't get it." As time goes we became friends and one day, Martha asked me directly... " Hey... you got a crush on Starlette right??!!!"

Then I was like " No... don't make up the story... I have no feelings for her, I treat you both equally. You both are good friends of mine."

Uges: I really had no such feelings on her. But looking at the way I'm moving with those girls everyone thought that I like her. So, my friends used to tease me with her name. Martha said Starlette got some feelings on me. And I got surprised.

"So... you don't have any true feelings on her!?" Tina ask.

Uges: "I had not... But one-day Starlette called me. I was busy talking to someone. She got so frustrated and didn't stop calling me even when my phone was busy. When I answered her call... she is yelling at me "Why are you not answering my call?... who were you talking with?" Then I said, "I was talking with my sister-in-law."

Starlette said with a jealousy tone "What's there to talk for so long with sister-in-law?"

Uges: Actually, I had no sister-in-law. I wanted to know how she reacts when I'm moving close with some other girl. So I made up a story that I'm in a relationship with sister-in-law. Then, she was like "What!??... You have a sister-in-law!??... But, you never talked about it. Don't lie to me... I know you are lying."

"Why are you so concerned about me, being in a relationship?"

"Because... I like you" Starlette said.

Then it's clear that she likes me.

"I'm sorry, I was so wrong about you in the past... but later on... the more I get to know about you the better you are. I like you Uges." Starlette said.

Uges speaking to Tina:

I don't want to reject her. She is a good and homely girl. So I said,

" I can't guarantee to marry you. Because first of all, I need to get settle down in my life. But we can be friends. Have fun together and make some sweet memories."

Starlette said, "Yeah... good... friend is good. I wanted to spend more with you. And I'll try my best to wait for you to get well settled and come ask my parents to marry me."

That way we agreed to be friends, but actually more than friends. I promise that nothing happened between us besides..... a hug and a kiss by mistake.

"WHAT!!!!!!!.... A HUG AND KISS????.... "Tina squealed and stays quiet for a few minutes. Uges keeps calling her name Tina...Tina... are you listening. Uges continues to speak. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to hurt you by telling everything that happened between us. I just don't want to hide my past with you. I wanted to be loyal to you."

"Had anything happened besides hug and kiss?" Tina ask.

"No, nothing happened... even this hug and kiss are not intentional. It happened in public transportation when crowded."

Tina: Hmm. Anything else?

Uges: You won't cancel the alliance for this reason right!!??? She is not fast cultured girl, She is so traditional. As to say, During my post graduation there are many girls who use boys for their personal benefits and my relationship with her made me stay pure physically and mentally.

Tina: What made you guys go in your separate ways?

Uges: After finishing UG, I continued my education for PG. But she stopped​ her studies after UG. Their parents got some marriage proposals​ for her. She skipped most of them telling some reasons. One day she called me and said "My parents are not quitting to bring me marriage proposals. I skipped all of them. But this time, they won't listen to me. They feel that it is the best match for me. Do something. Come and talk to my parents.

I don't know what to do after listening to her. I was busy with my exams then. I'm still studying. I don't have any​ job. How can I go and talk to them? So, I told her to marry if she is interested in the proposal. Then she got married. I felt a little depressed but later I realised that there is some other girl waiting for me. So I carried on with my life. I worked as an employee for a few months and came back to take care of family business.

Tina: I'm happy that you are loyal to me. We are even now. Past is past. I want us to forget our past and start a new life. You know what.... our parents fixed a date for our bridal gaze.

Uges: Oh... really... I can't wait to meet you.

Tina: Me too.

Uges: I had a dream to go on a long drive with the girl I love. Even though I was a day schooler, I never had a chance to ride with Starlette. Can you fulfil my wish when we meet?

Tina: Ah... haa... But your flashback disappointed me so you have to impress me first. And later I'll see about a long drive.

Uges: Hahaha... Lol... ok, I'll do my best to impress you.

Tina: Oh My God, look at the time. It's 1:00 already. I have classes to attend tomorrow. I'll sleep now.

Uges: Thank you, Tina.

Tina: For what?

Uges: You made my day. And most importantly, I'm glad to have you. You are an easy go girl and I'm happy that you are not stubborn. Can I tell you one thing!?

Tina: Yeah.

Uges: I love you.
