I WILL BE THE NUMBER ONE HERO!!!! (Internship Arc)

While Midoriya trained for his fight with Miro, Bakugo was going through hell. Best Jeanist was ruthless and didn't let up as his men constantly battered on Bakugo. Bakugo's wrist were broken so he could not even use his quirk. He had to fight using his legs and elbows and going against 40 pro heroes was tough to say the least. Bakugo would always get destroyed and his only food was water and bread. If he wanted good food he had to win. He also slept in the dojo or wherever he got knocked out at. It was a tough time for him and while Midoriya was making progress and even beat Miro Bakugo wasn't. Everyday he woke up he immediately had to fight. It was brutal and unfair. He wasn't able to work out or do any exercises. The only thing he did was fight and fight through pain. His body was a mess and his hair even grew longer. While his body was getting defined his pride wasn't. He still felt broken and getting defeated for so long messed with his mental sate of mind. While Bakugo was fighting every one of Jeanist men went to Jeanist

"Sir sorry for asking but why are you being so harsh to him. We all can tell he wants to be a hero."

"Because that boy still lacks the discipline a true hero needs. Also there is something wrong with him"

"What you mean sir"

"Well he just seems off. He is very strong and smart and knows how to fight yet he lacks the heart. I know getting shunned by his classmates hurts but its something even deeper then that." They then heard a crash and Bakugo was sent through the wall outside the building and landed in the ground. Jeanist got up and walked to him.

"Bakugo for the past month you have been getting beaten and tethered and mentally destroyed. Yet you have nothing to sure for it. I'm sorry but-"

"NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" Jeanist looked at him. Bakugo was wobbling as he stood up. Blood was scattered through out his body and face.

"NO I WILL BE A HERO I WONT GIVE UP. I CANT GIVE UP. I NEED TO WIN. I NEED TO SUCCEED. I HAVE TO BEAT DEKU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The screams echoed off the buildings and Jeanist eyes winded.

So that's why he is in such a state. He thrives to beat Izuku Midoriya.

Jeanist then spoke

"Bakugo if you can beat this villain for me on your own with no help I will let you in."

"I DON'T CARE WHO THE VILLAIN IS I WILL BEAT HIM!!!!!" Jeanist handed him papers on who the villain was.

"Here is the information and a hero pass"

"A hero pass?"

"This is only given to the best heroes. You can use this get free food, meals, clothes, air plane tickets, pretty much a unlimited credit card." Jeanist then walked to him and stared him down.

"You will be on your own. You have to fight on your own, find him on your own and win on your own. If you die then you just weren't meant to be a hero" Those words hit Bakugo as he stood up firm and tall and screamed

"I WONT DIE TILL I BECOME NUMBER ONE!!!!!!!" Jeanist smiled but you couldn't see it. He then walked away and so did his men. Bakugo then fell on the ground and passed out.

Midoriya woke up in the agency. He was in a bed and his body didn't feel like shit for once. He stood up and looked at the mirror. Bandages and wraps all over his body and he felt pretty healthy. There was food on the nightstand and it was actually cooked food. Midoriya ate every bite and when he grabbed his clothes which he had access to now he left. Only problem was they didn't fit very well since he got taller. He walked through the hall way and saw Miro waiting for him.

"HEY MIDORIYA!!!" Miro was waving like crazy. Midoriya waved as he walked to him.

"Hey Miro glad to see you feeling better."

"YEP YOU DID A NUMBER ON ME BUT IM PROUD OF YOU!!!! You have grown so much in just a month its crazy" Midoriya smiled saying

"All thanks to you." Miro then opened the door

"Sir is waiting" Midoriya nodded and walked in. Night Eye was sitting at his desk and walked to him.

"Midoriya"

"Sir"

"Congratulations on joining the academy. I know it was a hard grueling process but we only expect the best."

"SIR!" Midoriya then bowed. Night Eye then said

"Now its time to focus on your real problems"

"Huh"

"Midoriya the reason why you fought Miro without your quirk was so you could learn that using your quirk isnt your only option and that you shouldn't rely on it. We also wanted to build your body for this specific reason" Night Eye then sat back down.

"Listen I know everything about One for All and that you have it. But right now as we speak you aren't the next symbol of peace. You are far too weak and need proper direction. All Might was a good teacher but sometimes just having an amazing track record isn't enough. You need someone with a brain." He then pointed at the All Might poster

"Who is your Idol"

"ALL MIGHT"

"Favorite hero"

"ALL MIGHT"

"What is your fighting style

"ALL MIGHTS-"

"See that's what I'm talking about. You aren't your own hero. If you want to be the next symbol of peace. You need to stop being like All Might and be yourself."

This shook Midoriya to his core.

Stop being like All Might. But All Might is the greatest. HE HE HE HE HE EHE HE EHE EHEHEHE EHEEHEHEH

Midoriya's brain fried. Night Eye threw a chest piece at him and Midoriya snapped back.

"Listen I know its hard to just forget about your idol but Midoriya if you don't do this." Night Eye then turned on his quirk and saw into his future

"YOU WILL DIE!" Midoriya's heart froze. He knew that Night Eye could see into the future so he knew that it was true. Midoriya stood tall and bawled his fist.

"I WILL BECOME THE NEXT SYMBOL OF PEACE. I WONT DIE!!" Night Eye smiled and stood up.

"Ok then follow me. Its time to start your real training"
