Atlantis (3)

In the middle of the royal chamber, the man known as Sephiroth changed his demeanor and appearance.

An ethereal armor resembling a dragon was adorning the top of his robes, and not just that, although they couldn't see it changing, his skin became scaled and his eyes became slit.

([Boost] + [Minor Protection])

{[Haste] + [Boost]}

([Boost] + [Arcane Cloak])

"Protect the Queen!" (Rodunn)

The first one to act was General Rodunn, who put himself in front of the Queen and Prince.

Following his orders, the royal guards surrounded the man.

*Shing**Bwam*

Swords and energy spears were drawn.

"Ha, ha, ha, see mother, this is the true nature of those ground walkers; they are nothing more than savages; capture him!" (Prince Orm)

The prince, filled with confidence and arrogance, took the opportunity to change the Queen's view, but the Queen was quiet.

"Mister Sephiroth, what is the meaning of this?" (Queen Atlanna)

The queen spoke carefully and slowly.

A tension indescribable filled the royal chamber. Whatever he said will decide the next set of actions.

And maybe that's why he didn't say anything; he just walked directly to her and her son.

*Thud* *thud*

*Sigh*

"Capture him..." (Queen Atlanna)

"Yes!" (Prince Orm)

*Thud* *thud*

"By order of the Queen of Atlantis, you are under arrest!" (Rodunn)

When Vulko and the other people that were in the royal chamber heard that, they immediately moved to the sides of it to give space in case something worse happened.

*Thud* *thud*

The general and the guards moved closer to him, and he was moving closer to them.

"Stop!"(Guards)

*Thud* *thud*

*Hiya!*

A guard on the right side trusts his spear into the man.

*Ting*

The spear bounced right through his ethereal armor, launching the guard backwards. This was the catalyst that began the attack.

*Hiya**Aghh**Haa*

The other guards did the same, some aiming for his back, others for his ribs, and the last ones for the head. Clearly, they were attacking not to capture but to kill.

*Ting**Ting**Ting*

Unfortunately, all of the attacks were useless against him.

"What!?""How!?"

The Atlanteans, seeing this, were dumbfounded.

"This..."(Rodunn)

"My turn"

Suddenly the man moved as one of the spears was aiming at his head. He tilted his head to the left side, the spear continued its direction, and he moved his left hand to his right side, catching the spear. With a light pull, the guard that was holding the spear was pulled with it.

*Bam**Creack*

The guard was hit with a backward elbow blow, shattering his armor in the process. He immediately lost consciousness.

"!"

This startled the royal guards and the Atlanteans, and even Prince Orm knew that something wasn't right.

*Tang* *tin* *tin*

The man didn't keep the spear; instead, he threw it on the ground.

"Next"

"You!.."(Guard)

"All together!" (Guard)

The guards didn't stop their attack; instead, they became more infuriated.

They continue to aim into the most vulnerable parts, but this time the man moved only enough for the spears to pass through, and when that happened, he was continually catching them and pulling the guards through him, and then...

*Bam**Crash**Creack**Bam*

"Aghh"*Bam*

"Uggh"

Seeing that the guards were getting beat one after another, Rodunn, the general, didn't have any choice but to call for reinforcements.

"Second Platoon!" (Rodunn)

*Thud*

The doors of the royal chamber opened, and from it came another batch of soldiers, this time with energy weapons along with the usual spears.

By the time they entered and put themselves in position, the previous guards were all defeated and laying on the ground unconscious.

The guards aimed their weapons at the man in the middle of the room.

"Surrender or suffer the consequences!" (Rodunn)

*Thud* *Thud*

The man didn't even flinch; he just kept walking through, aiming for the queen and prince.

"Attack!"(Rodunn)

Given the order, the guards who had the energy weapons aimed at the man and fired at will.

*Pgghu* *Pgghu* *Pgghu*

Energy bolts were fired from the energy weapons of the guards but, much to the surprise of everyone in the room.

*Tssi* *Tssi* *Tssi*

The energy bolts vanished as soon as they made contact with his armor.

"What!?"(Rodunn)

"!"(Queen Atlanna)

"What...why!?" (Prince Orm)

The attacks stopped everyone was in shock; they couldn't understand what was happening, but the man didn't stop.

*Thud* *thud*

He continued to move forward, but this time the guards moved a little backward.

*Thud* *thud*

The only one that moved forward was General Rodunn.

"I'm sorry, but orders are orders." (Rodunn)

*Bam*

With an energy sword in his right hand, Rodunn launched himself at the man; he was fast, but to Isaac, he was moving slowly.

That's why he saw all the movements that he was going to make.

(Downward slash, lateral slash, diagonal slash, upward slash, thrust)

And he was dodging them masterfully with minimal movements.

"Tch, really..." (Rodunn)

He couldn't believe what he was experiencing right now; he was feeling like a kid trying to fight a grown man.

"General..."(Guards )

"Even Rodunn..." (Vulko)

"Rodunn..."(Queen Atlanna)

"...."(Prince Orm)

"Again..."(Rodunn)

*Haaa*

He moved to the right side. He made a motion as if he were going to do a lateral slash, but that was bait, and at the last second, he changed his slash to do a downward slash. Only this time something happened.

Isaac moved closer to him, waited for the downward slash, caught the sword hand right in the middle of the movement, and then...

*Creack*

He broke his wrist.

"Auuughhh!"(Rodunn)

*Tang* *tin* *tin*

The sword fell to the floor, but that was not the end of it. With a swift motion, Isaac threw a punch right in the middle of Rodunn as he was holding his broken wrist.

*Crash*

Sending him flying between the Queen and Prince seats, he impacted into the wall behind them.

*Clack* *clack* *clack*

Rodunn was defeated in seconds, and it looked so simple that it looked fake, but this was reality, and for the first time in a long time, the Atlanteans in the room felt only one thing: fear.

*Clank* *clank* *clank*

The guards weren't so brave anymore; they stopped moving, but the grip on their spears and energy weapons tightened, and they were ghostly pale and clearly frightened.

"Enough with this, Mister Sephiroth; we didn't invite you to cause this." (Vulko)

"Actions speak louder than words, mister Vulko."

Isaac interrupted.

"What!?"(Vulko)

Isaac pulled out an orb from his robes, and from this orb's a video was played, this video depicted an island and on it were Atlantean ships along with soldiers getting captured by strange humanoid creatures.

"This..."(Vulko)

"What!?" (Queen Atlanna)
