NEN (NARRATION)

My whole face stung but I knew I hit her where it hurt and that made me happy,

Damn I tasted blood this bitch can hit!

I looked at her and she was panting slightly and she looked pissed off, well I might have unleashed something,

"Karth loves me, me and only ME! " she yelled in my face and grabbed my hair, shit that hurt, I glared at her and she smiled because she knew she had the upper hand,

"Now let's move on to the traitor Zod how are you this fine morning? " she said and I looked around and I saw him woah I didn't realize he was here too, he was bloody all over he was beaten up bad and I felt my heart hurt because he was trying to help me, he wouldn't have been in this much trouble if he didn't come to help me, I felt bad, I couldn't fight this psycho and I call myself security duty of the Hnerez tribe!

She lifted his head and laughed at him softly like she was pitying him,

"You shouldn't have involved yourself in something beyond you Zod now I am going to have to kill you and yet trust me I like you so this is going to hurt me too dear stepson, " she pouted fakely at him and he spat out blood on her bare feet, oh that is bad!

She looked at her feet with a gasp and she looked at him then shrugged she grabbed her stuff and stabbed him in his shoulder without a second thought, I gasped with fear!

Zod yelled out as she pulled out her stuff with force kicking him! Zod fell back with a groan but the amount of blood gashing out was beyond me I almost fainted because that much blood makes me dizzy,

Then she turned to me and smiled when she felt fear off of me, she threw her head to the side making her hair go back and she left just as that guard Bale grabbed Zod and pulled him out leaving a bloody trail,

Zod is dead because of me!

KARTH (NARRATION)

"Karth! Karth! Help me! " I shot up from my sleep and I groaned, oh no what if something bad happened to Nen, she was screaming for me to help her and I am here sleeping,

"What happened Leader? " I turned immediately and I saw Tora sitting there cross legged,

"What are you doing in my chambers Tora? " I asked after overcoming my shock of her being here,

"I was assigned by Noth to watch you sleep or to make sure you had your rest, " she said simply with no smile at all, damn, she always looks so tough and badass,

"What?! I can take care of myself Tora you don't need to be here, " I said exhausted and she still looked like she didn't buy it, I sighed, I cannot even rest anymore, I have to be watched like a child this is ridiculous,

"I am just here to make sure you are okay, was that a nightmare you had Leader?" she said shrugging looking blank,

I have had it!

"Get out! Get out of my chambers! " I yelled and she stood up looking blankly like she didn't care but she bowed and got out slowly closing the door behind her,

I sighed because lately I have been getting pissed off easily and I wasn't like that before,

I heard the door open and I saw Noth enter, what now?!

"Karth are you okay? " he said standing there and I glared at him,

"So I am a child now I have to be watched while I sleep?! " I yelled getting up from the bed and he got back a little,

"You have not had proper rest lately and I just care about you okay! you are my brother you look horrible like Caz said earlier and it is worrying me, " he said sitting on the seat next to the bed and I sighed,

"Noth I am okay I don't need you getting worried about me okay I am fine I don't need babysitting I am a grown man, " I said and Noth looked up at me and he sighed getting up, he looked at me then went to go out,

"I just hope you don't shut me out of all people Karth, " he said almost in a whisper before going out and closing the door,

I groaned sitting in the chair and I rested my elbows on my knees thinking hard,

How am I going to find Nen?

I groaned as I woke up I spent the rest of the night in the he chair, I got up and walked to the balcony looking down I saw my people moving around and I sighed because genuinely I was not happy with myself right now I didn't even want to go out of my room at all today, I wish she was here, she keeps me grounded from myself,

I sighed and I rested on the railing, I felt exhausted physically with everything,

"Karth you have to eat something the council members are coming with Clay, " I heard Noth say and I groaned I don't need this today,

"Look you have got to take a shower and eat then we go to the meeting you are not going to the meeting like this, " Noth said dragging me from the balcony and pulled my arm away,

"I am not meeting with them I didn't call them here, " I said sitting on the edge of the bed and Noth growled at me, well I was surprised to say the least is he pissed right now,

"Look Karth I am almost losing it I am tired of this whole thing with you you are acting like a child and I am getting tired of you I too am suddened by Nen's disappearance but you are acting like we are okay with all this____now I want you to get yourself together, take a shower and eat then we meet the council and that is it! " he ordered and I looked surprised because Noth has never talked to me like this before,

I got up and went to take a shower and Noth nodded and went out of the room,

I decided to take a shower after all those days and not because Noth told me to but because I wanted to myself.

I got downstairs to the dining hall and everyone looked at me I guess they were surprised to see me here, they bowed slightly and I looked at Noth who smiled a little and I sat down, the cook smiled when she she brought me my food and tea and she touched my cheek softly and I smiled a bit,

We all ate in silence and I saw Tora looking at me blankly but she gave a smile I even don't know what that was but I was grateful my people were happy to see me here today so I will do everything to clear my head and get through all this,

I ate slowly and I turned and looked at my side where Nen usually sits and I felt depressed again I turned and I saw Noth giving me a sad look I just looked away, I tried to finish my food but it was a little too much Cook must have done it intentionally because I have not eaten for days now,

I got up and Noth and Farath followed me, when I entered the meeting room I saw the council members already sitted, I saw Clay smirking at me and I almost rolled my eyes, we three sat down and Council Kevan started,

"Thank you for allowing us come have this discussion with you Leader Karth, " I looked at him confused, I didn't even know about this meeting until Noth shouted at me earlier today, I just looked at him,

"Council Clay told us you wanted to talk to us about what happened last week about your outburst, " Council Sen looked at me blankly,

I sighed and the whole room was quiet I guess they were waiting for me to talk,

"I didn't call for this meeting that is the first also the other thing is right now we are dealing with Nen being taken so I don't know what Clay has been telling you about me but unless you hear it from me then it is not confirmed, " I said looking at all of them and suddenly Clay stood up glaring at me,

"What do you mean Nen was taken?! " Clay shouted and I stared at him blankly,

"She was taken by the Dargoth queen," I said after breathing in slightly,

Clay gasped with wide eyes and I see this has affected him alot,

"How did it happen?! " Clay asked frantically pushing his chair back, I rolled my eyes this time,

"Last week after my talk with you people I went to visit my father's resting place and Nen found me there but I realised she came with Noth, Farath and Santi there so we got on the train to come back and the Dargoth queen attacked us there and took Nen, " I said and Clay was moving back and forth in the room,

"And you didn't think to tell us this one of our security duty was taken and you didn't bother to inform us, " Council Vazn said looking at me seriously and I nodded my head,

"And what would you have done do you know the whereabouts of the Dargoth tribe? None of us know and the one person who knows disappeared too so we have zero leads about this so excuse me that I first thought of rescuing Nen rather than informing the council!" I said looking at Clay specifically I know he has feelings for Nen since I saw him first he is so disgusting for a man his age to lust for a girl like that!

"Look Leader Karth we have come to solve our issues yes we have pushed you to the limits but I know you are a good leader deep down you can even hear it from the people themselves and I don't blame you for pushing me last time I know we broke you but this moment on look past your arguments with Clay and talk to us we are the council of the Hnerez we are here for you leader, " Council Kevan said seriously and I was surprised I thought we would have a repeat of last time,

I nodded and looked around they all looked to be on my side all apart from Clay,

"So where do we begin with this search for Nen? " Council Sen said and I sighed because honestly I don't know

"I don't think the Dargoth tribe is far from here, because Zod used to come and go easily, " Noth said and I nodded my head,

We all stood around discussing of a way to get Nen back,

"Wait wait he said he came from the North when he came into this tribe right? " Farath asked and I looked at him with wide eyes, yes he did say that I forgot about it,

How did he remember that?!

"How do you remember that Farath?" Noth asked touching Farath's shoulder, wow it is a really good lead, Farath just shrugged like it was nothing,

"Yes he did say it was at the Karan tribe border he used the train in that area, " I said finally remembering fully, and Noth nodded,

"So yes maybe he came from that side I mean he entered this tribe through that point but what if the Dargoth tribe is far away? " Council Sen asked and now I think about it what if it is far away,

There was silence for some minutes and then Farath said all of a sudden in a questioning manner,

"Don't you think Tora could track over the border for heat signatures? " he asked not sure and Clay slapped him on his shoulder,

"Farath my boy you are a true genius, " he said laughing and Farath looked shocked that his uncle was praising him

When the council members left because it was getting late only Clay stayed because he wouldn't leave he refused to do so,

We sat with Tora as she worked with some system on her acbook together with a large green acbook things were moving around I didn't know any of this Tora is our genius in the security duty,

The larger acbook beeped and we all looked up and ran to it too, when she looked at it she smiled softly which says something because I have never seen her smile,

"What is it Tora? " Noth asked impatiently,

She turned her head and looked at us four with a smile,

I tracked a few heat signatures over the border and I think it is the etocrites, " she said and we sighed softly,

Noth touched my shoulder smiling a bit,

So it is time to gear up.
