Yang Tian let out a sigh. Cang Yue was confused about the reason behind his sigh. Just when she was about to ask him, Yang Tian spoke, "Just now, you said that the Xiao Sect and the Burning Heaven Clan would need to make sure to hide any evidence which points to them. Tell me, Cang Yue, what is the situation of your father?

"He has caught a strange illness…"

"Indeed. The Emperor has caught a strange illness. But tell me, how can it be so strange that no physical or imperial doctors can find the reason behind this illness? Or even treat it? She knew that the Blue Wind Empire was in a bad state. Still, the fact that they wouldn't even receive assistance from the Heavenly Sword Villa was another shock for Cang Yue.

"Currently, this situation has no solution." Yang Tian said with a sombre voice.

Cang Yue's head dropped upon hearing his words. Since even he didn't have a solution, then perhaps the situation was truly hopeless.

"The solution is to have the sovereign of the Blue Wind Empire not connected to Xiao Sect or the Burning Heaven Clan. Currently, only the Emperor fits that condition… And he is not in good shape." Cang Yue frowned a little as she didn't understand who had come. There were only a limited number of people who would approach her room.

"It's me, Sister Yue."

Just after hearing the voice, a frown appeared on Cang Yue's face. This was none other than her third brother, Cang Shuo.

Yang Tian had a slight idea about why Cang Shuo had come. One of his motives to come to the Imperial Palace was to meet this person face to face.

'He arrived earlier than I thought… It appears that he is a coward deep within his heart.'

"Please unlock the door, Sister Yue. I want to talk to you about something urgently…" His voice appeared to be laced with nervousness as he said that.
