Tiona and the others weren't bothered in the least by what happened, and simply brushed it off with a laugh. Asfi, on the other hand, actually turned Bell's apology around, apologizing to him instead.

While Bell was apologizing and Hermes being tied up in a rope, Alex made his way to Welf who wasn't looking good.

"Yo, are you okay?"

Turning to the direction of the voice, Welf saw Alex waving his hand at him. Seeing his exhaustion, Alex asked what happened to him.

Hearing the question, Welf loudly laughed and without words, he took out some things in his inventory. Due to the loudness, everyone turned their direction towards Welf and Alex. Then, all of them shared the same stunned expression looking at the set of armors around Alex and Welf.

Unable to recover, even though they belong to one of the strongest Familia in Orario, the equipments mesmerized them. Even just a single look, all of them instantly knew that the armors were first class without a doubt.

The armors' design was slightly similar to Welf's armors albeit in a smaller size to fit the size of Lilly. Also unlike the golden color of Welf's equipments, the Hobbit Set was dyed in color of brown.

"I was hoping to create a legendary item but I guess, things were not that easy."

Welf wryly smiled. With the quest he had, Welf hoped that even just a single one would came out as a legendary but, even though he could now manage to consistently produce epic and hero rank, legendary was still not in his reach.

That's just how high the wall to produce a legendary, even Welf was skilled and more than qualified to make it. Seeing his dejected expression, Alex patted his shoulders.

"Don't worry. You're doing fine."

Alex then elaborated that it wasn't a matter of his skill. It was because of the environment they were in. Unlike in Orario where Welf could smith in the workshop, here in Rivira, Welf was only able to smith because of his portable forge that he had carried in his inventory.

Understanding his intention, Welf smiled as it made him felt better. Even though he had made 4 Hero rank equipments in a row which was more than good enough, he reached to the point of worrying if he was not good enough or not worthy of receiving the Pagma's Rare Book when he couldn't produce a single legendary item.

Scanning the equipments, Alex glanced at Lilly who was at the side of Bell. Noticing that Alex turned to the soon to be owner of the equipments, Welf shared something.

"Actually, by the time you had left yesterday, Lilly had successfully ranked up and she was now a level 2 like us."

Welf genuinely smiled as he was glad that one of his friends and comrades had ranked up just a couple of days after he did. With the patron goddess of Bell, it was possible for Lilly to rank up after receiving the Excelia Coupon and having the sufficient excelia required when they were desperately roaming on the middle levels.

Hearing Welf's happy words, Alex nodded. He didn't disregarded that Welf was in the need of resting. He must have worked nonstop to create this first class equipments leaving him in this condition.

"Well, just says to Lilly 'Congratulations for ranking up!' for me. I still had something to do so I'll be leaving for a moment."

Saying those words, Welf nodded and headed towards the tent to take a rest after forging. Leaving the camp without anyone noticing, Alex went away for a bit.

Looking at the crystals above, Alex thought in his mind.

'With the increase in the level of my Dragon Heart, I could feel that my tremendous magic power was constantly leaking. I need to do something about this as fast as possible to make things more efficient.'

With that in mind, Alex closed his eyes and sensed all the raging magic power inside him. He decided to take control of it, and make use of it all.
