"Girl, is old Tanner still critical?" Grandma finally asks her. She has been trying to restrain herself from letting her granddaughter control her sadness before asking.
"No. Grandpa's condition is quite stable, but he seems still doesn't want to wake up from his sleep." Mel sat in the chair at the side of the bed and massaged Grandpa's hands gently. "Grandma, it seems Grandpa doesn't want to see my future husband." She said while observing Grandpa's expression, hoping he could hear her and wake up to scold her.
"Girl, of course, she will. Don't talk nonsense." Grandma stands beside her with mixed feelings.
"If he wants to see my future husband, he should be awake by now." After observing for a while, Mel was a little disappointed when he saw that his grandfather's face did not show any expression; he seemed to be sleeping in peace.
