Ling Yun Status

Ling Xiao Yue sat in her study as she read the letter again and again. Suddenly, she recalled the conversation they had that day where they were going out to watch a movie together.

However, her mother drove out on her own. Was it true that her mother had long since known that this was destined to be a journey without return?

"Rest early." A servant, Auntie Zhang, brought a cup of hot milk. Ling Xiao Yue forced out a smile and thanked her.

The door was pushed open once again. Ling Xiao Yue raised her head and saw that it was Lei Yunze who was standing at the entrance.

"Nian Li has already gone to sleep." Lei Yunze said to her.

Ling Xiao Yue nodded as she wiped her tears away with the back of her hand.

"Actually, she already knew that day was the day she died." Ling Xiao Yue looked at the letter as she said to Lei Yunze in silence, "But, should she die, or should we die together?"
