Breaking Through

Early in the morning, about an hour before the sun rose.

A golden halo of energy appeared around Owen. His face twitched in a troubled expression as he was at the most crucial moment. He was in the middle of breaking through the realm.

His sweating intensified even more. His impurities started getting expelled from his body in the for of black sweat drops.

Boom!

The halo around Owen pulsated, sending ripples through the air.

Boom!

The halo repulsed outward, sending a wave of spiritual energy all around.

The energy of the halo repulsing outward was felt throughout the whole first floor of the dormitory.

The items in the rooms shook.

Alden opened his eyes. 'What happened?' He looked at Owen. 'He broke through?'

The wolf cub raised its head and looked at Owen. But quickly lowered its head on the bed and returned to sleep.

A few minutes later, Owen slowly opened his eyes.
