Found Them
"Hey look there, my brother's horse!" Albert pointed and Calix nodded when Ethan dismounted his horse and ran toward the horse.
The horse did not move but stared at them with a strict look as if he was chastising them for being so late.
"Just look at its condition." he pointed at the several scratches on its body and the small pieces of broken branches and leaves on its saddle.
"You have suffered a lot!" Ethan rubbed its mane while Tavern came and held its bridle. "But we need your help. Do you have any idea where your master is?"
It was not a normal horse but the one Alex used when he left for wars and other missions. The war horses were wiser than others and chosen after a long screening process.
The horse started to neigh and trot a bit when Tavern had trouble holding it well.
And then it started to move its head towards a certain direction as if it wanted to speak but it can not increase its frustration.
