Audition - II
An Yuyan was surprised by the words of Bai Liyue.
"Miss Chen, I may be straightforward, but I think you should continue singing. You have a wonderful voice," she said with sincerity. Being a music lover herself, she could easily recognize a good voice when she heard one. Although she wasn't a fan of the songs Chen Ziyue used to sing, she found her voice to be exceptional and pleasing.
"Don't dwell on the past. Think about your fans. They would be heartbroken by this news," she advised. She felt that Chen Ziyue was acting impulsively.
"Thank you for the advice," Bai Liyue smiled at the woman, "but I think I will audition. I want to give it a try."
An Yuyan could sense the zeal and passion in Chen Ziyue's eyes and thus decided to stop wisely. With a smile on her face, she nodded, "Okay then, I wish you all the luck."
"Same," Bai Liyue smiled politely.
