The Murder Sentence
Jia was eating like she had never seen food in all her life.
Well, in her defense, she hadn't tasted Jen Jen's cooking in over eight years. She missed it, and seeing it here in the very place she would probably die, she didn't want to take the chance of not eating up. Amelia and Jenny knew what happened whenever Jia got a hold of Jen's cooking.
It was always her undoing, not that she would ever complain about that. But still, well, there was nothing to do other than watch her enjoy the meal. She even moaned while eating, and that's how they knew their sister was back.
That was a reaction that Jenny's food elicited from everyone in the family.
