We might get caught in the accident if we rashly involve ourselves." Rivalz said loudly while following closely behind Lelouch as he advised his friend to leave everything to the professionals, like what everyone had been thought at school.

As a child, after technology exploded and bloomed all over the world, all the new generations of kids are thought about living everything to the professionals, after all, they might just aggravate the situation if they interfered rashly, and some might even die if they tried being a hero recklessly.

But Lelouch thought otherwise this time.

Human society is getting worse by the day." Lelouch explained as he look closer to the truck and realize that the front half of the big truck is inside the construction site, only the back half is outside and can be seen because of the thing covering the construction site.

"Tsk... It seems that I have to go inside the container to see the situation of the driver." Lelouch said before getting on the move with ease.

As he got on top of the truck container where an obvious entrance is located.

He quickly opened it up but just as he did, the truck suddenly started moving again.

It moves backward suddenly and quickly that making Lelouch lose his balance while crouching in front of the top entrance.

Because of that, he fell inside.

Thankfully he has a good sense of balance so he did not fall on his head but his feet and then he quickly looked for a place to hide for now.

He hid in the shadow of the machine that is inside this truck.

A female voice sounded out as the door towards the driver's seat opened up.

A female, that looks like she is the same age as he is, wearing some kind of commoner or something clothes, anyways, just think of it as something good for laborious work.

This female passed by the place he was hiding and had directly gone towards the far back, which had something big that was hidden under a similarly big cover.

Lelouch's eyes dilated from shock though when the cover was removed, as the thing under it is a Knightmare frame, although it is of the old model, it is still a weapon after all, and it even seems to be fully equipped.

The female person quickly got inside the cockpit of the Knightmare frame and the back entrance of the container opened up.

It seems that the truck is under a fugitive and is being chased by the police, Lelouch quickly saw that there are already a few Police issued Knightmare frames outside and is about to catch up.

The Knightmare frame that the truck is carrying moved out to intercept the police by itself, and it excellently manages to do so even against all the disadvantages of numbers and technology stacked against her.

Lelouch saw all this through the monitors inside the container.

'Tsk tsk... I did not notice before that this truck is high-tech?

This kind of high-end technology...

Based on the designation used by the police outside that I heard them shout.

Lelouch does not know why the truck stopped suddenly but he knows that the truck should still have quite an amount of fuel left in it and the road, even though abandoned, is still passable for the truck.

He couldn't think of anything so he just got inside the driver's side to look at what was happening.
