In the temporary agents command center.

"Why is there only one machine in there?!

Where is the other one?!

Coulson?!" The commander shouted with confusion and puzzlement in his tone.

"I am sorry sir, but we only managed to get one of the two pilots as apparently, the other one had gone home a week ago.

The only added good news is that, the said other pilot is already on the way back and is quite near by now." Agent Coulson said with a small smile seriously and calmly.

The commander just frowned at that news as he breathed deeply to calm down and think about some kind of solution so that they could at least earn some time for the other one to arrive.

They already know that this guy that they have right now is the third place in the ranking so they already expected for him to be defeated in the end by their targeted spy.

Base on the information that they got, only the spy's rival can match him in a fight using knightmare frames.

Even the instructors can't do anything against this two rivals.

Back to the open field.

The loud sound of metal collision was heard as the two knightmare frames started having a melee.

Sword to sword! Colliding at each other after a swing!

The white one with hints of blue and red is having some kind advantage in this exchange!

Although, it was very quickly being covered up by the other knightmare frame.

The both of them opened up their communications channel to each other.

"Reynald! Why did you suddenly become a spy!

Just surrender yourself! You can still turn back!

The emperor would be willing to give you some amnesty if you tell them everything you know!" Ralph shouted with honesty and determination as he tried to persuade this classmate of his who he thinks had gone into the wrong path.

"No! I won't! Besides, I did not suddenly become a spy!

I am a spy from the very beginning!

Stop persuading me and let's just fight it out!" Reynald shouted with conviction and determination as the shounen fire in his eyes started lighting up again in a blazing fury of passion and will to battle!

"What?!" Ralph was so shocked that he paused for a bit as he did not thought that this classmate is really someone who is not one of them from the start.

It is because he really treated Reynald as a friend like how he treats Charles.

After all, they are the only two friends that he had.

He was always bullied before by almost everyone.

He really cherished this friendship very much, specially since he is just an honest and stubborn guy from the country side before applying for the pilot academy.

In fact, he really did not want to go to the city to attend school.

The only reason he did so was because his parent told him that their family had not had anyone who had a diploma from graduating college, no one in their family also got into the military.

They are a pure farmer's family, living honest lives farmers and only having the minimum education of high school diploma to live by.

They hoped that he can be the one who achieves this kind of thing.

He had a strong body since he was small, taller than most and stronger than most.

He had it easy competing against other kids of the same age in any physical activity but he was below average when it comes to intellect.

This is why his parents did not tell him to go to college before and only told him about going into an academy when they heard about the pilot academy which mostly only needed one to have a strong body and is part of the military.

Graduating there is like graduating in a college while also joining the military.

Their son would have done the two things they have wanted to achieve at the same time.

And they were really proud when they heard from Ralph himself about the news that he successfully graduated in the piloting school.

Not only that, he is also the top three!

He had no friends in the country side as most people there are old people who does not like the bustle in the city.

This is also one of the reasons why he really cherished his time with his two friends but he did not thought that he only had 'one' friend from the very start.

Although most of the bonding they did was only training but for Ralph, that is already the height of bonding moments as he does not have any hobby, he only knows to do training all day!

This bit of pause because of shock is clearly seen through by Reynald, and he took advantage of it, so he attacked rapidly!

But unfortunately for him, as Ralph manage to get a hold of himself quickly enough to make a block.

Ralph did not only recovered from shock though.

He also got really angry!

He was so furious for having his friend betray him.

He did not get angry before even when he was small!

Even when everyone bullied him, he still did not get angry at all.

But now, he just felt this burning fury in his chest that is bursting out of him!

He really did not know what this feeling is, all he knows is that he wanted to beat this traitorous friend who betrayed his friendship!

The burning determination in his eyes change into burning fury shounen flames!

"You traitor!" He shouted as he operated his knightmare to lunged at Reynald suddenly, not following his normal action pattern at all and just following his furious instinct.

His two swords is swinging from up high at the same time as he lunged at Reynald.

Reynald did not even have time to think about attacking so he instinctively defended by using his own two swords to block up high.

The previously relatively slow pace of combat suddenly became a high pace one after Ralph became furious.
