"Mr. Hao," she greeted.
The lawyer sprayed his coffee on the documents on top of the table when she walked inside the office. After Mischa interrogated the attorney, she expected the lawyer would run to the heiress and report the incident. To stop them from investigating further into the past of the former assassin's parents, she thought of a plan to let the new Zhang Wang Xiu stay focused on her.
"W-What are you doing here, Mrs. Long Xiao Zhi?" Mr. Hao stammered for a second while wiping his lips with a napkin.
With her chin lifted, she strutted towards the chair in front of the table and sat crossing her legs. Glaring at the old lawyer who followed her every move, she said, "You know why I'm here."
"I'm sorry, Mrs. Long but, I don't," Mr. Hao replied, shaking his head.
"I'm here to take over my company," she answered without blinking.
