A HINT OF COURAGE

The next day I woke up early in the morning and got ready for classes. I packed my bag and left for the bus stop. It took some time for the bus to arrive, once it did I got in and left for my college- St. Helens.

Every time I enter my college gate, I fear for the person who is to be the target of Jake and his friends.

Today was no different. The only wish I have right now is for someone to step in and scare the hell out of them, but that was practically impossible. As I went further inside my college, the visuals were very similar to as any other normal day - there was a crowd cheering for Krisann this time. When I probed further I found out the target this time was my new friend Ryan. Giving up my level of patience I strode in and took off pulling Ryan by her hand. This required a hell lot of courage. Behind me I could hear the entire college gossiping about my valor and then planning my very clear future in this college which I was very known to.

Leaving behind everything, I preferred focusing on my class more so both of us went towards our classroom. When we entered the classroom I was disrailed to find the last benches occupied. This gave me chills. I knew they were up to something but couldn't do anything myself. I tried to control my fear and took the seat in the first bench because I didn't want us to be anywhere near them.

Time stopped moving, both me and Ryan couldn't help but feel worried for ourselves, me more than her since I knew the repercussions of being their target, and she couldn't help but was continuously begging for my forgiveness but I don't think this is her fault at all.

When the class finally got over both of us immediately left the classroom without any second thought , heading towards our next class for which I was grateful since none of those five people had this subject.

When I entered the class people gave me pitiful looks which I could off course very easily recognize. I ignored them all since I didn't want to spoil my mood.

This class however got over pretty soon. My stomach was growling by that time since I had skipped breakfast. So we headed directly towards the cafeteria. I ordered grilled sandwiches while Ryan ordered pasta. We took a place in the corner and started munching.

To my horror my eyes directly landed on Krisann and her four buddies but all I could do was remain seated and continue eating. Both of us finished our lunch soon and left the cafeteria. Without wasting any time we bid goodbyes and left for our respective houses.
