Chapter 38

When Francheska first read the script, she can't help but laugh. It seems like Cecille's role in this movie is destined to fall in Rachel's hand. No wonder her dear stepsister was desperate to get the role of the second female lead. It was her calling to act in that role.

"Nice meeting you, Ms. Tan." Francheska said first. "I hope we can have a good cooperation for the success of this movie."

"Ah, yes. I am also wishing the same, Francheska." Rachel answered with a smile.

Francheska raised a brow when her dear stepsister called her with familiarity in her voice. It seems like she is still trying to ride on her fame to get any attention for herself. Francheska just let her do it and did not try to correct her. For now.

After the brief introduction of casts, the bus that will bring them to the shooting location has finally arrived. Before Francheska can climb on the bus, Rissa called her to introduce the assistant she hired. Her new assistant is a young girl who just graduated from college and she seems nice and cooperative.

"Nice meeting you, Ms. Francheska! I am Jessie Mille. You can call me Jess for short. Nice meeting you, miss!" Jessie introduced herself with full of energy.

"Hello, Jess. Nice meeting you too. But you do not have to call me miss, Jess. That will be awkward. Just call me by my name." Francheska said.

"Ah, no, no. How can I do that? I am just your assistant."

"Jess, you are my assistant." Francheska said. "If you cannot call me by my name, then just call me sister or something."

Rissa shook her head before telling Francheska to climb on her bus. Rissa and Jess will ride a bus designated for the managers and assistants of the other casts. Waving her hand, Francheska left them and go straight to her bus.

Francheska climbed on the bus and sit beside their director. The other casts also climbed on the bus and choose their seats. While scrolling on her phone, Francheska heard Rachel's voice talking with the other casts at the back. There were times when they talked in hushed voices. She smiled to herself knowing they are curious about their connection. And Francheska is confident about what Rachel is telling them.

And Francheska got it right. The other casts were all curious about their relationship. They can recall that Rachel used to call Francheska as sisters in some of her interviews. And now, they are both cast to play the important roles in this movie. Gossiping is a thing that can never be removed in the entertainment industry and they were all really curious about these two.

Rachel gave them a vague answer, but she also implemented that she is close with Francheska. She sometimes 'accidentally' told them some stories of the past that shows Rachel really cared for Francheska. Rachel was doing it with a gentle smile and reminiscing look on her face.

After two hours of travel, they finally arrived at their shooting location. It is the northern part of Finrel City and it was surrounded by trees and grass fields. The scenery is really good and the air is also fresh.

Francheska fished out her phone and took a photo of the natural beauty of that place and with her hand posed into a victory sign. Then after that, she posted it on her social media accounts. In just a minute, her post gained thousands of likes. She was not the only one who posted on her social media accounts. Rachel chooses a good filter and also posted her selfie with the caption 'Just arrived here safely' on it. It gained a lot of likes and her fans commented on how pretty she is in her photo. There were also some fans who noticed that the scenery behind Rachel was similar to Francheska's post.

- 'Omg! So they are shooting the movie now?!'

- 'aaahhh! The two beauties were together now! I WANNA SEE THEM NOW!'

- 'Rachel will play the second female lead while Francheska is the main female lead, right? Now I am excited to see this movie!'

- 'Same! I miss seeing Francheska's acting in a movie!'

Their posts gathered a lot of attention and some fans were discussing about their upcoming movie. But Francheska did not mind it and instead, helped her manager and assistant to bring some of their things. They will be staying there for a week to shoot the first half of the movie. Director Cartel already made a reservation in a huge hotel owned by her fiance for all of them in advance.

"Alright. All of you should take your keys to the reception. The staff will transfer your luggage to your rooms. We will officially start our shooting tomorrow at ten in the morning. If you have some questions, do not be afraid to approach me or the other staff. So now, dismiss." Director Cartel announced before dismissing them.
