"This is by far the longest time I spent in sleep. Normally 2 hours of sleep is enough for me. However I can't say I didn't enjoy the sound sleep. Maybe this is the so-called joy of sleeping.

Although it will be rare for me to indulge in it in the future."

Muttering to himself Aeron sat up on his bed as he decided to check on the system.

"System, show me the notifications." Said Aeron as numerous notifications began to pop up in his head.

Seeing meloetta's status Aeron was impressed with how it was arranged. He didn't need to make any changes unlike his own status.

It reminded him that the gamer system was an adaptive ability and it was adapting according to my needs.

Aeron then focused on meloetta's status as he made sure to look at it thoroughly.

The first thing that caught my attention was her gender. According to my meta knowledge meloetta is a genderless pokemon.at this point however the differences from his meta knowledge didn't surprise him.

The Next thing is to pay attention to her type. Because of her fairy heritage, her main type is fairy and not normal.

"What's the difference between the main and secondary type?"

Looking at the way Meloetta's attributes were displayed, Aeron was pretty satisfied. Because pokemons are fundamentally stronger than humans. If her status was displayed as similar to mine soon enough it will be filled with numbers. Which will be like a shellder in slowpokes ass.

And her moveset was good. Sing and teeter dance being innate is a plus too as they will grow faster.

There are 5 stages to pokemon moves. They are novice-beginner- advanced-master-ascended.

Looking at meloetta aeron decided to let meloetta sleep more and he delved in the sea of knowledge in his head.

Afterall the the knowledge crystal only gave him knowledge. It will be up to him to learn it.

"By the way I totally forgot that today was my birthday. Maybe I should celebrate it? Nah i will just follow pokemons tradition of celebrating birthdays only once in five years. Although they do it like that because of their long lifespan which I don't have but the time will be better spent grinding."

Timeskip 2 years

It's been two years since Mel was born.

Mel is Meloetta's nickname. I call her that now.

Ever since Mel came to my life it's like a smeargle painted my life with beautiful colors.

At first it was hectic as Mel always wanted to play with me whenever she was awake and it consumed a whole lot of time that could be spent grinding.

However, how can I refuse her?

Furthermore gracham specifically taught me values of life in this two years.

Although I don't agree with all his views like the time when he said " what is the meaning of pursuing power if there is no one to stand by one's side."

Or the time when he said " power is to protect."

I call that bullshit. I may be inexperienced but not brain dead to not see how that was indoctrination to make me 'useful' to society.

Although I didn't like that, like I said I'm not brain dead. Long before I understood how society works in the poketown.the strong are worshiped and the weak are appreciated for their meager efforts.It's like you give some you gain some. Unlike how in my previous life society tries to milk the greatest benefit at the lowest cost.

The pokemon society may be great and all however i long before noticed that i was not a social person. Aside from Mel,gracham and a few others even if everyone in this town faces danger, if it is inconvenient or harmful to me I would not even bat an eye at their expense. Cold and cruel it may be of me however that is who i am. For me only myself and those close to me matter. I won't go out of my way to harm others but if it is necessary I wouldn't back out either.

Anyway back to the previous topic, though i said I don't agree with all his views. Some of them related to love, relation and more logical topics I found to my liking.

After all, I love Mel and quite enjoy her company so even if it uses my grinding time to play with her I don't mind.

"What's the point of grinding so much if I can't do what I want?"

However everything should also be done moderately.

So after 5 months when Mel had grown enough to start training I indoctrinated her to the greatness of grinding.

However I didn't get back to my previous schedule. We still play, spend time doing fun things or just with each other. On other times we train. I have come a long way and learned to enjoy my life.

Beside this the most important thing is that i started my Aura,psychic and elemental training. I also picked up a few side professions. So much to do and so little time. Thank palkia,dialga and giratina that i had Super space that had adjustable timeflow.

Previously the skill level was too low to adjust time flow so I had to grind in real time. But now at maximum i can adjust it to 1 day = 90 days. Meaning staying there for three months is equal to one day in real time. So my grind evolved!
