ALPHA Herrick's POV

It's been quiet for quite too long. I was only going to lie to people that I was not scared but not myself and not to Elena.

I was actually getting scared. I hate when my enemies are quiet for too long. 

The last time there was any chaos or issue in my pack was when Alpha Jared came looking for Elena. I still couldn't believe she was still with me, in the same space.

She didn't move in with me in my own personal chamber. I know it's not easy to let go of pasts especially painful past, and I guess that's why she doesn't just want to give her self to me again, I feel she's going to, but not just yet and I respect her decision. If I was in her shoes, I would likely do the same.
