"I know that look, Riku. Can we please not jump into a potential scarab nest again?"
The former assassin let out a lowly chuckle as he gave Shizu a knowing smirk. He really didn't care. For some reason, it was fun to fight against hordes upon hordes of squishy targets. It was almost as if it was scratching at a primordial part of his brain that loved old school defense games back in the day. It also didn't help that his [Chaotic Potential] was really starting to ramp up in strength with how many bugs and twigs he was breaking during their journey.
"I need to gain more strength," he coolly responded, his eyes saying everything but despite his tone. "Besides, nothing bad happened the last time, right?"
"That's because you had to use your Trump to get us out that time," she pointed out with an accusing tone. "I barely had enough time to draw something to get us out of that mess."
