Navier looks quite desperate as if Azarel coming back to the company would ruin her and her life 

She was using the excuse of Azarel possibly ruining the company as a form of revenge but people that know her would think that that is not the only reason

Many of the executives and all the boars members of the company knows how much Navier wants to prove herself to her father and inherit the company

However, with her father having a conservative mindset and only planned on handing the company down to the only son of the family, the chances of her getting what she wants was quite low

That can be proven with her even bothering talking to Fritz Smith that is not only the person that has the second largest number of shares individually but also is the 'dog' of Azael to have him help her change Azael's mind

Fritz can understand what is going through inside the head of Navier but too bad that no matter how desperate Navier is, there is nothing that he can do
