2.53 First lie

Aella exhales a deep breath. She didn't know what to tell. He was right though. But she was afraid to go back to the cave. She then opened her mouth to speak. Before she could utter a work, there was a knock on their door.

They both averted their head in the direction of the door.

"Who?" Aiden then said.

"The Queen wants to see you both." A voice said from the other side of the door. They both glanced at each other then at the door.

Looking at each other they froze for some time. Another knock echoed in the room.

"Coming." Aiden said.

"Why does she want to meet us." Aella whispered. "Did she see us?" She was afraid by the thought itself. She now knew how scary the Queen is. She could do anything.

"Shh.." Aiden hushed her. "Don't panic." He said.

He then went to the door. "Let's just go like usual. Nothing happened ok."

"Wait." Aella held his hand to stop him. "What if she ask us anything."
