2.49 The escape

Lilith gritted her teeth. She then managed to keep her smile tight on her lips.

"To gain power." Lilith said. Making Cressida to knitted her brows.

"What power?" Cressida asked.

"You will know it when you gain it." Lilith said.

"I might die soon before that." Cressida said.

Anger rushed in Lilith mind. She managed to calm herself. "Why do you think so?" She said calmly.

Cressida scoffed a laugh. "Look at me. Do look well?" She asked.

"Yes." Lilith said. "Once you get the power, you will be more then well." She then added.

"Why do you want me-" before Cressida could finish her sentence, screams began to erupt in her ears. She moaned and screamed.

"No .." Cressida shouts. "Stop." She screamed.

The screams continued. She shook her head. "Please stop." Her body trembled. "What..do...you wa..nt?" She murmured in pain.
