Chapter 64: [Hunt]

Soon a request came in from above as Head General Alex personally asked of it from Greg himself to do the mission

And upon receiving such a request from him, Greg himself have a mixed feelings about the request as he spent more time on the phone more than usual

[["Please! Can you atleast do this? I know I'm asking for is something dangerous, but out of all user's, you by far knows more how to handle and hunt people in this scenario"]]

"... . . You know your request this time isn't something as trivial than me just training a brat right? Your actually requesting something way above than it should be... . . This request also could potentially kill my life you know" said Greg as he contemplated whether to accept the request or just simply brushed it aside

But nevertheless Head General Alex didn't back down as he tried to do his very utmost to persuade Greg himself

[["I'm fully aware of the danger that lurks within this request, but the things is out of everyone you not only cause of experience but also because I trust that you can accomplish the task, either way I would do my very best to atleast persuade you even if we have to talk till morning"]]

"Your exaggerating yourself! But your sweet talks won't sway me one bit, you should know that I also have full right to deny such request no matter who you are or how high you've achieved since I have retired and supposed to be no longer has any connections nor impact on the matter of the organizations" said Greg

[["I'm really sorry about that! But... . . You by far is the only person can trust to the point I would be willing to put in here and be the de facto leader of the organization"]]

Hearing that Greg felt that what Head General Alex had said was somehow quite forced of a praise even for him

"... . . That's... . . Your going way above on your praise"

[["It's the least I can do, if I still can't persuade you in doing such things then I'm hands down, after all I can't force you to do things you don't like"]]

"... . . I'll think this through, I'll tell you whether I accept it or not"

After that he hanged up the phone as he carefully finds a chair and took a sit on it

From afar he could see Ryuuji diligently concentrating on challenging the spirit of his weapon for him to be able to use manifestation a type of technique which enables the user to fully display the power of one's weapons

After seeing him like that Greg seemed to have remembered the time he was training together with Alex  in a place quite different but the same feel

At that time Alex was quite down due to the death of his family and couldn't even trust anyone in regards of it since one of its crew back in that past has betrayed his expectation

But Greg endured it all until one day Alex himself gave up on his attempt to push him away

By that time both Greg and Alex became somewhat close as brothers which also happens to be the reason why Alex fully respect and relies on Greg whenever he's stuck on something

"Friendship like close to brother's... . .  Time really do fly" he said as he drank another orange juice that he ordered while thinking of such thoughts

Not long after another backlash happened on Ryuuji as he was once again forcefully ejected out due to him losing to his weapon spirit

If counted it would have been his 38th defeat this time around

After seeing that Greg finally made up his mind as he stood up and called out to him

"Hey Ryuuji!!!"

"How do you feel about China?" He shouted since both Ryuuji and him were far from each other

"China? I have perplexed emotions about it but if I have to say, it's quite troublesome to venture it since China is so wide" answered Ryuuji

"That's true... . . I think I'm going to China this time to hunt down someone" he said

Upon hearing that Ryuuji shot him a shocked gaze as he said

"Hunt?!?!... . . Don't tell me"

"Exactly!!! Undead! That guy... . . I'm going to hunt him down, wanna come?" Asked Greg

After pondering for awhile Ryuuji suddenly like in an instant gave him a reassuring answer

"Alright! I'll come with you"

With that one answer both him and Ryuuji seemed to have come to conclusion on what to do next

At that he once again contacted Head General Alex about it and tell him about his side of the agreement

Back in Jinwoo's hometown as the group was having their heavy breakfast In the morning whole also having to spend time with Jinwoo's family, a phone call suddenly ringed out throughout the house that caught everyone's attention

As the person in charge of the house Eon-bi the mother of Jinwoo, came in and took the phone

"Hello? This is the Lee family's residence! How may I help you?" She said in full Korean language

Surprisingly the other person on the other side was Greg himself as he too spoke in full Korean dialect and fluently at that

[["This is Greg one of the person in charge of the training of one of your son's friends, my student on the other hand would like to talk to Jinwoo and his friends that are staying at your house, would I please have the leeway to talk to them?"]]

"Ah yes please!"

Afterwards Jinwoo's mother called him out together with Kanzaki and the others, also noting that she told them it was their friend on the other side

Upon hearing that everyone immediately rushed towards the home's landline phone and called out to him

"Ryuuji long time no talk! how have you been buddy!!!" Said Jinwoo in full closeness

"Ah! It's really Ryuuji" exclaimed Ai

"Well this is interesting" said Alice

"I know right! I feel like there's going to be a drama happening" said Isabelle

After that they intended to listen to him closely as Jinwoo started the conversation between them

"Well this was surprisingly unexpected, but I thought of it as something you know... . . Trivial but hearing you like this I can assume that you've been doing well in your training?" Asked Jinwoo

[["Don't use word play against me, I won't tell you my progress so far but as a long time no see and talk gift, I'll instead tell you something"]]

"Really? Talk! Let's see if this gift of yours is worthwhile" said Jinwoo

For awhile silence descended upon them but nevertheless the shock that everyone received, all of them even imagined the day In which Ryuuji would be powerful enough to stand on its own without any team at all
